Convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk.

It's also very convenient with a coin laundry next door.


The rooms are spacious one-room units with flexible layouts.


The rooms are simple and equipped with the bare necessities.


The host is located in the building, ensuring safety and security.

Parties are prohibited.
Also, please do not play loud music.
Please do not make noise, smoke, drink, or make any other disturbances on the street in front of the property.
Complaints from neighbors about trash or noise may be reported to the police.
Pets are not allowed.
Please help separate your trash.
Smoking in the room may render the wallpaper and furniture unusable, and you may be charged a large amount of compensation.
A separate disposal fee will be charged for large items such as suitcases.
Please lock the door when going out or going to sleep.
Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when leaving the room for an extended period of time or when leaving the room.
Furniture will not be kept for your use during your stay, so please wash it before using it.
If it is discovered that you have removed or damaged furniture, you will be asked to pay compensation, so please do not remove any items from the room.
The host is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while practicing at the gym or other facilities during your stay, so please use the facilities safely at your own risk.
