Costs required apart from provision fee
- Additional handling fees may apply depending on the payment method. Fees are indicated on the purchase page.
- If payment is made by bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
- The customer (traveler) is responsible for transportation costs to the facility and for any additional services/goods added at the facility.
- Due to the nature of the goods/services, no shipping charges will be incurred.
- Internet connection fees and other telecommunication line communication costs must be provided separately by the customer (amounts are as specified by the respective service providers with whom the customer has contracted).
Payment methods
- Credit card payment: A credit limit is secured at the time of reservation application, and the payment is processed when the reservation is made.
- For debit cards, payment is processed at the time of reservation application.
- Bank transfer, convenience store payment, etc.: Payment must be made within 72 hours of reservation approval.

Handling cancellations
- In the event of cancellation for the customer's (traveler's) convenience, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the cancellation fee rate specified in the cancellation policy listed for each product, excluding handling fees, if the cancellation request is made, and the amount excluding the cancellation fee will be refunded. However, no refunds will be made for cancellations made after the guaranteed refund date in the cancellation policy.
- In the case of a cancellation for the host's convenience, if there is a suspicion that a reason attributable to our company has occurred regarding the provision of services, we will promptly investigate the facts and refund a portion or the entire amount, regardless of the cancellation policy.
