STUMP SA Minami Azabu is a fully furnished one-bedroom residence with a living/dining room, cozy bedroom and kitchen, ideal for short-term business trips or private offices.
The bed is a comfortable single-size Murphy bed. When not needed, the bed can be stored on the wall to create free space.
The modern, compact kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, as well as cooking utensils and cutlery.

【Rules and manners】

1.　 Guests staying for one month or more are required to agree to a "Lease Agreement".

2.　Self-check-in; Please come to the apartment by yourself. We will advise you on the location details and maps. For your convenience, we can arrange the apartment for late-night or early-morning arrivals with an extra charge.

3.　NO SMOKING inside the apartment nor on the balcony. Standing and smoking in front of the building entrance is not allowed as well.

4. You must separate the garbage; combustible everyday garbage, recyclables (cans and plastic bottles and glass), and non-combustible items.

5．If towels and linens are found to be damaged (stains, spots, etc.) during your stay or after check-out, you will be charged (~11,000 yen/piece including tax) for new towels and linens.

6.　No partying and gatherings at the apartment.

7． We regret that we cannot accommodate pets at our facility. However, service dogs with proper certification may be permitted upon prior negotiation. Please note that the facility is not barrier-free.
