About a 3-minute walk from Toden Nishigahara 4-chome Station, a detached house with convenient transportation. The entire room is reserved for safe, clean and relaxing. Cooking utensils are also installed, so those who stay for a long time are welcome! There are 2 convenience stores within a 2-minute walk. It is a 10-minute walk to the Sugamo Jizo-dori shopping street, about 5 minutes by Toden to Asukayama Park where the cherry blossoms are in full bloom!!, about 20 minutes to Rikugien Garden, which has beautiful autumn leaves, and about 15 minutes to Ikebukuro.

嫁と子供が満足しています。
GW前半で３泊させて頂きました。
嫁は清潔感が高くて喜んでいます（女性は清潔なだけではダメで"感"が大切な様です）。家族でダラケた滞在するには十分な広さで元々奇麗なため清掃もしやすく、必要なものは揃っているので不自由有りませんでした。遊び倒したので日々食材は直近セブンに（サンダルで行ける距離）にお世話になりました。あと、おまけアメニティのブルガリが嫁の心を鷲掴みした様です。
子供達はどこに泊まっても楽しいようですが、都電荒川線に大喜びでした。地方からの東京観光なので電車・地下鉄の乗換え三昧をさせてあけたかった訳ですが、プラス都電で良い思い出になったはずです。車のない家族お出かけは地方ではチョット味わえないので。
お父さんとしては閑静な下町を味わうことができ、また治安も心配なく交通の便にも不自由なく満足です。お風呂が最新式で、近隣も静かでよい物件です。車で行ったのですがセブンの裏に700円／24時間のコインパーキングをみつけて4日間利用したため車の心配から解放され、似非東京住民気分を味わいました。
滞在中も不具合あれば管理者とメール連絡が取れ、翌日々中には対応していただきました。大変スピーディで気持ち良く感じます。GW中に関わらず管理者様のお仕事に感謝いたします。
改めて良い旅行になりましたこと有難う御座います。
