玄関に一歩は入った瞬間から懐かしい匂いと町屋独特の空間が田舎に帰ったようなノスタルジーな気持ちになりました。昔の雰囲気を残しながらもアートに包まれ、お洒落な空間でもあります。築120年の町屋ですが冷暖房も完備され快適に過ごせました。宿場町や集落など風情ある町並みを観光し余韻に浸る隙もなくまた、その雰囲気を楽しませてくれます。焼津方面、伊豆方面の中間地点でもあり観光しやすい場所にありました。普段の旅行とは違った大人な休日が楽しめました。

A 120-year-old machiya (townhouse) quietly stands along the old Tokaido Highway.
Contemporary artist Aiko Yamamoto's works are boldly displayed. You will feel as if you have rented out the entire museum.
Suruga Bay is a 3-minute walk away.
It is a 15-minute drive to Sattatouge (Sattva Pass), which is said to have the best view of Mount Fuji on the Tokaido.
