This private lodging is located in Akamedani, Maruko-juku, on the Tokaido Highway in Shizuoka City. Traveling to nearby areas is just a 10-minute drive from Shizuoka City, Fujieda City, and Yaizu City. This over 80-year-old traditional Japanese house is located next to a nearby bypass, making it convenient for travel.
Two adjoining 8-tatami rooms have been transformed into a large hall.
The spacious rooms and quiet surroundings offer a courtyard where you can enjoy barbecues. A portable pool is available in the summer.
Perfect for traveling with children, group reunions, or trips with your dog.
We will help you create memories tailored to your purpose, whether it's sightseeing, an experience, or training.

This property is reserved exclusively for one group to ensure a relaxing stay.
However, as we also accept guests from the local tea industry,
it may not be available exclusively for groups of up to 8.

In-room cooking equipment is provided for guests' exclusive use. Guests are required to bring their own ingredients and seasonings.
A washing machine (detergent provided) is available for use, but a dryer is not.

A maximum of 13 guests can stay, with an additional charge of 3,000 yen per person.
There is free parking for 3 cars.
Language support is provided via an interpretation device.
There are 10 Japanese futon sets with mattresses in two 8-tatami rooms. The Western-style room has one bed and three Japanese futon sets with mattresses.
Mariko Minpaku does not permit use for parties (especially those involving alcohol).
Check-in is until 10 p.m.
You are free to come and go after check-in.

Eating and drinking is permitted only in designated areas.
Please dispose of trash in designated areas.
Please separate your trash. No need to take your trash home.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Sheet removal and insertion is self-service.
All room lights have remote controls.

The water heater can be used freely by simply turning it on and off.
A children's pool is available.
Cooking utensils are provided exclusively for guests.
Condiments, food, and drinks are not provided. Please bring your own. Guests are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting guest-only cooking utensils.

Outdoor use is limited to 10 p.m.
BBQs and eating and drinking for party purposes are not permitted.
If we find that your activities on the day are for the purpose of a party, you will be asked to leave the room. An additional 100,000 yen will be charged as a nuisance fee.
● Regarding pet dogs
Only indoor dogs (weighing approximately 10 kg) are allowed. If you bring a pet dog, an additional 1,000 yen cleaning fee will be charged. Furthermore, pet dogs that are not toilet-trained must bring and set up their own cages and toilet sheets, and are not allowed to sleep on the futons. Please also take care of sanitary procedures when moving dogs indoors and outdoors. Reservations for pet dogs are limited to two! If this is an issue, please contact us directly.
Toilets and showers will be shared with the host.
