1.建物の構造上、壁などが薄く音が漏れやすいため、近隣のご迷惑にならないようお過ごし下さい。とくに夜20時以降はお静かにお過ごし下さい。
近隣のご協力のもと営業しておりますので、ご配慮いただけますと幸いです。

2.階段や2階の窓、2階テラスなどはお子様のみのご利用は危険ですので、ご利用の際は必ずお子様から目を離さないようにお願いします。大人の方も十分ご注意の上、ご利用ください。

3.退出前はベッド・寝具を除いて、食器や用具類はお貸出しの前の状態に戻してお帰りください。

4.靴は玄関で脱いでください。

5.古い木造家屋のため、障子・襖・窓ガラスなど壊れやすいものもございますので、丁寧に扱っていただくようにお願いいたします。

6.風の強い日も多いエリアになりますので、庭、テラス、建物含めて禁煙になります。また敷地内でのBBQや焚火、花火は禁止です。
※徒歩2分の中央桟橋付近および徒歩3分のセブンイレブンには灰皿がございます。

2. Please be sure to keep an eye on your children when using the stairs, windows on the 2nd floor, terraces on the 2nd floor, etc. Please be careful even for adults before using.

3. Before leaving, please return to the state before renting, excluding beds and bedding.

5. As this is an old wooden house, some items such as shoji screens, sliding doors, and windowpanes are fragile, so please handle them with care.

6. Since it is an area with many windy days, smoking is prohibited in the garden, terrace and buildings. In addition, BBQ, bonfire, and fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
