【About Reservations】
・Reservations are made on a request basis.
・Child pricing: Elementary school children and infants are charged the same as adults. Co-sleeping without a bed is free (up to 2 children). There are no paid options.

【During Your Stay】
・Maximum occupancy: 3 guests (up to 2 co-sleeping children)
・No smoking

・Please limit parking to 1 vehicle and BBQ use to 1 space per group (please contact us in advance if you have multiple vehicles)
・Access to the BBQ area and garden is restricted to registered guests only
・After using the BBQ, please make sure the charcoal is completely extinguished, as smoke can disturb neighbors and there is a risk of fire overnight (this also applies if you plan to use it again the next day)

【Please Note】
・The small brown mounds sometimes seen on the garden ground are a natural phenomenon called "funzuka" (earthworm castings), which occur especially during the rainy season and in autumn.
・This is an area with many cats. Droppings may occasionally appear on the property; we clean and take measures regularly, but they may sometimes still be present at check-in depending on timing. We appreciate your understanding.

The property is located in the Shimoji-Yonaha area of Miyakojima City, right in front of "Yonaha Maehama Beach," said to be the most beautiful beach in the East. This iconic Miyakojima beach – with its 7km stretch of pure white sand and cobalt-blue sea – has even been selected as one of the world's best beaches, and offers a wide range of marine activities such as jet skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, and SUP.

A short drive away, you can cross the "Kurima Ohashi" bridge connecting Miyako's main island to Kurima Island. From the bridge, enjoy sweeping views of the Miyako-blue sea, which changes color throughout the day, and from the "Ryugu Castle Observatory" on Kurima Island you can take in a panoramic view stretching all the way to Maehama Beach. The "Emerald Coast Golf Links" is also just a 6-minute drive away, making this an area where you can enjoy everything from resort relaxation to active sightseeing.
