While the cuisine is available year-round, the "kenchinjiru (mushroom soup)" and "homemade Uonuma koshihikari rice cooked in a pot" are especially delicious in winter!
Outside of the snow season, you can enjoy wild vegetable picking, strolling through the rice terraces, farming experiences, and making local cuisine.
