DESCRIPTION
It is located on a hill where the Shinano River and the Sea of Japan meet, so the view from the living room on the second floor is exceptional.
There are also popular cafes, pizzerias, and day-trip hot
springs nearby. The tourist attraction "Fish Market Street",
which also includes the Kakugami Fish Main Store, is also a 5-minute drive from the villa, and the power spot Yahiko Shrine
is also a 15-minute drive away.

- As the neighboring land is residential, please be quiet after 9:00 PM when spending time outdoors on the wooden deck or elsewhere. Please note that in the unlikely event of a complaint, you may be asked to leave.
- The wooden deck fence was designed with aesthetics rather than safety in mind, so please be especially careful to keep an eye on children.
Fireworks, bonfires, and charcoal BBQs are not permitted on the premises.
Please be quiet when spending time outdoors on the wooden deck after 9:00 PM, as the adjoining land is residential. Please note that in the event of a complaint, you may be asked to leave the premises.
The fences on the wooden decks are designed more for safety than landscaping, so please be careful not to let children out of your sight.
