My partner and I had the most wonderful stay here. The landscape was beautiful and the food was amazing. We got to eat lots of local food, some even grown in their garden. The farmhouse has been restored so well - it’s absolutely stunning, and spending time with the family was really special. I really recommend getting off the beaten track and spending some time here - we were so sad to leave

DESCRIPTION
Oniwa is located in the beautiful Oniki-go, which was selected as one of the 100 best terraced rice fields in Hasami Town, which is famous for Hasami ware.
A couple spent two years self-renovating an old private house with a site of 1,000 tsubo into a private inn limited to one group per day.
Because it is a private lodging, you can enjoy homemade food with the owner's family on the hearth, and you can enjoy kamado-cooked rice, game, and fresh ingredients of the four seasons.
For breakfast, you can experience cooking rice terraces in a furnace.
One night and two meals are included.
The inn has two bedrooms, a Japanese-style room with 10 tatami mats, two Western-style semi-double beds, and a shared living room of 30 tatami mats, so you can enjoy it as a group.
Refresh yourself at an inn where you can feel the original scenery of Japan's beautiful satoyama with all five senses.
Since it is limited to one group per day, we accept reservations for 2 or more people.
