■About the rooms.
Miyama is a three-storey villa with a natural hot spring.

Ground floor.
Living room
Surrounded on three sides by glass windows, the living room
is bright and open, with sunlight streaming in.

(*Note: BBQs are not allowed on the balcony).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove (3 burners), cooking utensils and crockery for the number of people staying in the
apartment.

No hotplates, etc. are allowed. Please cook only in the kitchen. Please ensure that there are no odours or grease residues.

Please clean all cooking utensils and dishes after use and
return them to their original place. If you break a dish,
please report it to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or Visitor Station.

Television
Terrestrial and internet TV are available.
(Please note that terrestrial TV reception may be unstable
due to weather conditions. Please use your own account for
internet TV. Please log out before checking out).

About accommodation
Miyama is a rental villa that can be rented out in its entirety
and can accommodate up to 7 people. Meals are not included
in the accommodation price.

The accommodation fee is the same for up to four people; for
five or more people, an additional fee will be charged for each additional person.

Children's rates
Children aged 2 years and over pay the same rate as adults.
Children under 2 years of age can stay for free, but no bedding or towels are provided.

Amenities.
Towels and toothbrushes will be set in your room upon arrival. One towel is provided for every two nights.
(e.g. 1-2 nights 1 towel, 3-4 nights 2 towels, 5-6 nights 3 towels...)
Bath towels 1 per person.

Toothbrush 1 toothbrush per person.

Please do not take the pre-set towels home with you.
If you need more towels, please use the bath towel rental
(330 yen/piece) or face towel sales (220 yen/piece) (available at the check-in point from 7:30AM~7PM).

or visitor station when you check in or between 7:30AM~7PM
if necessary (we do not deliver to your room).
Shaving razors, cotton swabs, body towels, hairbrushes

*Bottles containing shampoo, conditioner and body soap are
available in the bathrooms.

[NOTES.]
The area around this building is relatively densely built-up.
There are many permanent residents in the area, so please be particularly careful when talking outdoors at night.
Please note that you may be asked to leave the premises
immediately if there are any complaints from the
neighbourhood. Talking on the balcony between 8PM and 7AM is prohibited.

■About check-in
As a rule, please check in between 15:00 and 19:00.
Please note that check-in is possible after 19:00, but there are times when it is not possible to accept guests.

The check-in location depends on your arrival time. You will be informed of the details after your booking has been confirmed.

Miyama is located in the Zao Sansuien holiday home management area. There is a gate at the entrance to Zao Sansuien,
which guests are required to open with the remote-controlled key given to them at check-in. It is not possible to enter
Miyama directly without passing through the gate.

Miyama is a 5-minute drive from the entrance gate.
There is no shuttle or taxi dispatch service from the check-in
point to Miyama. Please arrive by car.

■Barbecue facilities
The use of fire is prohibited in ZAO SANSUIEN, including barbecues and fireworks. BBQs on wooden decks are also prohibited.

Guests wishing to barbecue should use the Wild ZAO Village
BBQ facility, which is a 1-minute drive from the ZAO
SANSUIEN entrance gate. After confirming your
accommodation booking,
please contact us by message. We will provide you with
further details.

■ Access.
For convenience of sightseeing and dining, we recommend
coming by car.
15 minutes by car from the Shiroishi I.C. or Murata I.C. on the Tohoku Expressway.
15 minutes by car from the Miyagi-Kawasaki I.C. on the
Yamagata Expressway.
30 minutes by car or taxi from Shinkansen Shiroishi ZAO
Station.

Parking
There is parking space for one standard car; for two or more
cars, please use the temporary parking lot a short distance
away.

[About ZAO SANSUIEN]
The Matsukawa River flows through the garden, and visitors can enjoy a walk along the riverbank while enjoying the view of the ZAO mountain range. The stream, which gave rise to the name 'SESERAGI no Sato' (village of streams),
is still pure enough to be inhabited by fireflies.

A village abounding in seasonal colours Fresh green in spring,
fresh green leaves in summer, autumn leaves in autumn and
silvery silver in winter. In the nature-rich park, trees, plants
and flowers add colour to the seasons as they change.
It is also home to a large number of wild birds.

A 24-hour security system is in place and patrols the garden
every two hours during the night to ensure safety and security.
