A full renovation of Kabukiya became true under the professionalism of Naitou Contracting Company (内藤工務店) where they focus strictly on Machiya architecture.
There were two main reasons for the start of Kabukiya. One was to preserve the traditional architecture of Japan. The second motive was to provide a freshly renovated space where foreign and domestic visitors can enjoy the new and old aspect of an 87-year-old cultural home of Kyoto.

Opened on 4/01/2017, Kabukiya is a 87 year old freshly renovated Machiya. Please have a phenomenal time at a traditional architecture of Kyoto. Bedrooms 3 (1F 2F), Living Room (1F 2F), Dining Room 1. Washroom 1, Bath/Shower 1,
Kabuki-en (かぶき園) Japanese garden located on the western section of the house will illuminate upon dusk. Please enjoy the view from the deck.
