It's close to Lake Inbanuma, offering a natural setting, yet conveniently located near the bustling metropolis of Tokyo. The house is well-equipped with appliances and amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, and central vacuum cleaner, ensuring a comfortable stay even for extended periods. The station, supermarket, convenience store, kindergarten, elementary school, and post office are all within a 5-minute walk.

HOUSE RULES
1. This facility operates in accordance with the Private Lodging Business Act. Submission of passport information and personal information is required. Please submit this information before check-in. Failure to submit this information may result in refusal of accommodation.
2. Please remove your shoes indoors.
3. Please refrain from smoking indoors or in areas visible from the street. If you absolutely must smoke, please do so outside the kitchen entrance. If you smoke indoors, a special cleaning fee of 30,000 yen + tax will be charged.
4. As this is a residential area, please refrain from noisy activities such as parties and banquets. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise down as much as possible after 9 PM. If a complaint arises from a neighbor, an emergency response fee of 50,000 yen + tax will be charged.
5. Please wash all dishes and cooking utensils after use. If you leave with severe stains or traces of vomit, a special cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.
6. If there is any damage or soiling to the interior facilities or furniture, you will be charged for the repair costs or the cost of purchasing replacement items.
7. Cleaning is not provided during your stay. If you require additional cleaning for a long-term stay, please consult with us. This service is available for an additional fee.
8. Exceeding the number of guests booked is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized overstaying will result in a fine of 10,000 yen per person per night.
9. Please refrain from extending your check-out time without prior arrangement. This prevents us from preparing the room for the next guest, and an additional fee of 10,000 yen per hour will be charged.
10. Please take suitcases and large luggage with you, as disposal incurs costs. A fee of 10,000 yen will be charged for the disposal of any items left behind.
11. In the event of loss of the property key, a fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
Colty House is the host's first home. Although they only live there occasionally now to care for their family, it is a home they have loved for many years.
