Lemmon villa

This is a family-run vacation rental. You will be staying in a private room (12m2) in a detached house. We can lend out missing items or provide a brief sightseeing tour depending on the date and time. Bedding provided only. Please bring your own shampoo and towels. (Rental available) Private bookings are also available.

This is the Hebelhaus, built 40 years ago. If you are concerned about the old age, please refrain from purchasing. Also, since this is not a hotel, please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking perfect service here.

There is no cleaning fee, so please cooperate with separate trash.
Suitcases cannot be rolled around inside the house.

There is a washing machine and refrigerator. Please understand in case of sudden malfunction. Also, since the water heater is old, in case of sudden breakdown, please use the bathroom at a different facility within a 1 to 3-minute walk.

You can use your own bedroom, wet areas, and kitchen. You cannot enter the manager's office or other people's bedrooms. Interaction with the landlord and their family is possible.

Please be quiet after 10:00 PM.
