■ Additional Information ■
・Hammocks are available, but sleeping is typically on futons.
・A relaxing indoor bath is available, and we also recommend “Makuhari Onsen Yura-no-Sato” (about 10 min by car) with views of Tokyo Bay.
・For larger groups, please share the toilet considerately.
・Outdoor use is allowed until 10:00 PM. If kept quiet, feel free to enjoy your conversations a bit longer.

HOUSE RULES
【1.騒音注意】
住宅地にあるため、騒音・大声や大音量での迷惑行為はご遠慮ください。
デシベル計が設置されております。80デシベルを超えないようご注意ください。
BBQは22時までに必ず終了してください。
【2.施設の取り扱い】
築50年の日本家屋ですので、優しくお取り扱いください。
汚れや破損が生じた場合、修復費用は実費負担となります。
退去時には立ち会いのもと施設を確認します。
片付けや掃除ができていない場合、有料オプションにて承ります。
【4.ゴミの取り扱い】
基本的にゴミはお持ち帰りいただく制度ですが、処分をご希望の場合は、オプションより追加をお願いいたします。以下の分別をお願いします。
・ビン
・缶
・ペットボトル
・可燃ゴミ
・発泡スチロール
・段ボール
ゴミの量はお客様によって異なり、少ない方で2袋、多い方で6〜8袋程度です。オプションをご利用の場合は、まとめた総量で計算いたします。ビン、缶、ペットボトルを分別いただければ、すべてまとめて処分いたします。生ゴミも同じ料金で処分可能です。
ゴミの処分費は当日の量により変動する場合がありますが、事前精算をご希望の場合は、過去の実績を参考に算出いたします。
※環境保護のため、ゴミの少量化にご協力ください。
【5.花火】
使用可能な花火は「手持ち花火」のみに限ります。爆竹、打ち上げ花火、騒音を伴う花火の使用はご遠慮ください。また、花火を行う際は、敷地内の駐車エリアで水桶の上で行うようお願いいたします。
【6.駐車場】
ファミリーカーやキャンピングカーなど、大型車も駐車可能です。
ただし、宿前の道が狭く、門の幅も限られているため、何度か切り返しが必要です。
敷地内には1台分の駐車スペースがありますが、BBQや多人数でのご利用時には、徒歩6〜7分の有料駐車場（24時間約1,000円）をご利用ください。
【7.ペット】
ペットとのご宿泊は大歓迎です。エアコン完備のペットフレンドリーなお部屋をご用意しており、快適に過ごしていただけます。ただし、以下の条件をご了承いただく必要があります。
(1)ペット利用規約の確認とサイン
ご宿泊前にペット利用規約をお送りしますので、内容を確認しサインをお願いします。
(2)指定のペットフレンドリーなお部屋
エアコン完備のお部屋をご用意しておりますので、ゲージ内でのご滞在が可能です。
(3)室内滞在の条件
ゲージでの滞在が必須です。また、必要に応じてオムツを持参していただいております。
※ペットご同伴の際は、オプションより追加をお願いいたします。
【8.テントサウナのご利用】
中心温度が500°Cを超えますので、安全にご利用いただくため、アルコール摂取前にサウナをお楽しみください。アルコールを摂取した状態でのサウナ利用は転倒や火災事故のリスクを高めるため、お控えいただくようお願いいたします。
【9.火気の取り扱いについて】
火気の使用には十分ご注意ください。火傷や火災、爆発、損傷などの事故につながる恐れがありますので、最後まで十分な注意を払ってご利用ください。
【10.虫の侵入防止について】
室内と庭を出入りする際は、できるだけ扉や網戸を閉めてください。室内の明かりに引き寄せられて、虫が室内に侵入する可能性があります。
