■ Additional Information ■
・Hammocks are available, but sleeping is typically on futons.
・A relaxing indoor bath is available, and we also recommend “Makuhari Onsen Yura-no-Sato” (about 10 min by car) with views of Tokyo Bay.
・For larger groups, please share the toilet considerately.
・Outdoor use is allowed until 10:00 PM. If kept quiet, feel free to enjoy your conversations a bit longer.
■About the Rooms
We offer four Japanese-style rooms (6 tatami mats, 4.5 tatami mats, 6 tatami mats, and 8 tatami mats).
■About the Bedding
Up to 21 sets of futons are available.
[1. Noise Caution]
As this property is located in a residential area, please refrain from causing a nuisance by shouting or making loud noises.
A decibel meter has been installed. Please do not exceed 80 decibels.
BBQs must end by 10:00 PM.
[2. Facility Handling]
This property is a 50-year-old Japanese-style house, so please handle it with care.
Repair costs for any stains or damage will be covered at actual cost.
A facility inspection will be conducted upon departure.
If the property has not been tidied up or cleaned, this can be arranged as an additional service, with an additional fee.
[4. Garbage Handling]
In principle, guests are asked to take their trash home with them, but if you would like to have it disposed of, please add an additional service option. Please separate your trash into the following categories:
・Bottles
・Cans
・Plastic bottles
・Combustible waste
・Styrofoam
・Cardboard
The amount of trash required varies by guest; from two bags at most to six to eight bags at most. If you use additional services, the total amount will be calculated based on the total amount. If you separate your bottles, cans, and plastic bottles, we will dispose of them all together. Food waste can also be disposed of at the same rate.
Garbage disposal fees may vary depending on the amount of waste on the day, but if you wish to pay in advance, we will calculate the fee based on past records.
*Please help us protect the environment by reducing the amount of waste we produce.
[5. Fireworks]
Only handheld fireworks are permitted. Please refrain from using firecrackers, rockets, or noisy fireworks. If you wish to set off fireworks, please do so over a water bucket in the parking area on the premises.
[6. Parking]
Large vehicles such as family cars and campers are also welcome.
However, the road in front of the inn is narrow and the gate is narrow, so you will need to maneuver several times.
There is parking space for one car on the premises, but for BBQs or large groups, please use the paid parking lot (approximately 1,000 yen for 24 hours) located a 6-7 minute walk away.
[7. Pets]
Pets are welcome. We offer air-conditioned, pet-friendly rooms for a comfortable stay. However, please note the following conditions:
(1) Pet Terms and Conditions Review and Sign
We will send you a pet terms and conditions before your stay, so please review and sign them.
(2) Designated Pet-Friendly Room
We offer air-conditioned rooms, so pets can stay in cages.
(3) Indoor Stay Conditions
Pets must be kept in a cage. Please also bring diapers if necessary.

[8. Use of the Tent Sauna]
The core temperature exceeds 500°C. For safety, please enjoy the sauna before consuming alcohol. Please refrain from using the sauna after consuming alcohol, as this increases the risk of falls and fire.
[9. Handling of Fire]
Please exercise caution when using fire. Please exercise caution throughout the entire experience to avoid burns, fire, explosions, injury, and other accidents.
[10. Preventing Insects from Entering]
When entering and exiting your home, please keep doors and screens closed whenever possible. Insects may be attracted to indoor lights and enter your home.
