★Certified Private Lodge: Minpaku SO-UMA House is located close to JR Aomori station and an old / traditional Japanese style house. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from West Exit of JR Aomori Station (*for Local Line, not for Shinkansen Station).

◆You can use 3 rooms during stay: the one which is equipped with sofa, TV, microwave, refrige etc. on the 1st floor, other two:Tatami rooms are on the second floor. The one as a living room, the other as a bedroom in which two sets of Futon mattress are prepared. With opening the fusuma: sliding doors, you will be able to relax and spend your time in one specious tatami room .
◆The Bus Stop of Loop Bus (Nebutan-go) is very close, which goes to Aomori Art Museum and Sannai Maruyama Ruins Site via Ferry Terminal and Shin-Aomori Station, and returns to West Exit of JR Aomori Station.
◆Easy access to Bay Area: A-Factory, Wa-Rasse (Nebuta Museum), Hakkoda-maru Museum, ASPAM (Landmark of Aomori-city, the triangle building) etc.
You also can walk on Aomori Bay Bridge to go to ASPAM directly if you like, from April to October. Nice view from the bridge!
*< Other information> Host grows some vegetables at the backyard from spring to autumn. For example, strawberries in June, tomatoes, cucumbers and egg plants from July to August. Edamame from August to September. If you try to eat fresh veggies, please come to and stay at my place!
SO-UMA House is Only for Female guests (*if a couple or family group wants to stay, please inquire in advance. My lodge is not suitable for small kids because of its steep stairs. But baby who can't crawl is OK if mama & papa will keep their eyes on the baby).
Non-smoking, no pets, no party. Necessary to be quiet after 9 o’clock. Separate trash into each bins appropriately. The detail of my "House Rule" is set in your room. Please confirm it at the room.
