5 minute walk to downtown Aomori City.
Supermarket, laundromat, and public bath all within a 5 minute walk. This is a convenient location for your stay in Aomori.

The house is available to guests with various purposes, such as those who want to enjoy Aomori's delicious food and drinks, those who want to settle down quickly after a concert, those who stay in Aomori for a little longer on business, and those who want to stay reasonably priced and enjoy sightseeing.


# Rooms and Children's Charge
There are 5 guest rooms (6 tatami mats Japanese-style rooms) on the second floor of a two-story building, and up to 3 people (3 sets of futons) can stay in one room.

All rooms have locks.
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided in each room. (Some rooms do not have a TV).

- Children's Charge
Children 2 years old and up are charged (same price as adults). Please include them in the number of guests in your reservation. Please include them in the number of guests in your reservation.

Children under 1 year old are free of charge if they sleep with their parents. But if they use a futon, they will be charged the same price as adults.


# Shared Space
A refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, instant coffee, etc. are available in the hallway (Shared Space) on the 2nd floor. These items can be shared with other guests.

- Bath room
Bathrooms are located on the first floor. Please use the shower only. (Please refrain from filling the bathtub with hot water.) Please consider using the public bathhouse "Todoyu" located 1 minute away on foot.


# Meals
Meals are not included in the room rate.
Please eat out or buy your meals at a supermarket. There is no kitchen for guests.

- Supermarkets and convenience stores
Nearest supermarket (Universe Aoyagi shop) is a 3-minute walk away. There are several convenience stores within a 10-minute walk.


# About Check-in
Check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
If you arrive after 9:00 p.m. without informing us, we may refuse to let you in. No refund will be made in such cases. Please be aware of this.

Luggage storage is available prior to check-in. Please contact us in advance.

We will check you in on the first floor of Kudo Guesthouse (Minpaku Kudo). Please let us know when you arrive by the intercom at the entrance.

Upon arrival, please wear a mask, disinfect your fingers, take your temperature, and fill out the guest list.

- 10 minutes by car (cab) from Aomori Station on the JR and Aoimori Railway Lines
- 30 minutes on foot from Aomori Station on the JR and Aoimori Railway Lines.
- Nearest bus stop: Aomori City Bus "Bunka Kaikan-mae", 6 min. walk

There is no parking for guests. If you come by car, please use coin-operated parking lots in the neighborhood.

There are 5 guest rooms on the same floor. Please be quiet in the room. Please be considerate to other guests. (If there are multiple complaints from other guests, you may be asked to leave immediately. In such cases, please note that no refunds will be given.)

Guests are requested to stay in the guest rooms on the second floor. The host family lives on the first floor. Please do not enter any areas other than the entrance and bathroom.
