・ As this is a rental cottage, we ask that you arrive and leave the property as is. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return any equipment you use to its original location.

・ Only the buildings and garden facilities on the property are rented.

Please bring your own food, drinks, and other necessary items.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, bath towels, face towels, bath mats, and sauna mats.

・ There are residential properties nearby. Please be considerate of noise and etiquette, and stay inside the container or outer living room after 9:00 PM (9:00 PM).

* You may go outside to enjoy quiet time, such as stargazing. Please refrain from making loud noises, even indoors.

・ Please use the facility within the property. Entry beyond the rope onto neighboring property is strictly prohibited.

・ Please refrain from using open flames such as bonfires, fireworks, and mosquito coils, except for the wood-burning stove in the sauna.

・ Smoking is prohibited inside the container.

Please smoke in the outer living room or on the premises, and please bring your own ashtray.

・ If there is any damage inside the facility, please be sure to contact us before leaving.

You may be covered by insurance.

Please note that if you do not contact us, insurance will not apply and you will be responsible for the full cost.

In addition, you will be invoiced at a later date for any equipment, fixtures, or fixtures that are confirmed to be lost.

・ Cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery are available for use. You do not need to return them to their original places after use, but we ask that you clean them. Cleaning sponges, detergent, and hand soap are provided.

・ Please separate your trash and place it in the provided trash cans.

・ Pets are not allowed.

・ Please be sure to lock all rooms when you go to bed, go out, and check out.

- Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the facility.

- Upon entering, please be sure to read the booklet located at the entrance.

If you have any problems or questions about the facility, please contact the emergency contact number listed in the booklet.

- The temperature is approximately 10°C lower than in urban areas, especially in the mornings and evenings.

It is cool and comfortable in the middle of summer, but during other seasons, you will need to take more precautions against the cold than you might think.

Also, due to the location's rich natural environment, please understand that there may be some insects and wild animals.

*As this is a facility close to nature, safety is a priority and we may refuse or postpone your stay depending on weather and other conditions.
