This property offers private rooms. Up to four female guests can stay in one room. Please review the terms and conditions before making a reservation.
During peak periods such as three-day weekends, Golden Week, Obon, New Year's, and special events, we may limit guests to one or two female guests. Our policy is that we do not cater to large groups.
Due to the structure of the building, we may cause inconvenience. Please understand that we limit sales to those over 50 years old.

● Our "Community Space" is home to tourist information from all over Japan, and we pride ourselves on having the largest selection in Japan. We've dedicated ourselves to creating a space where travel enthusiasts can learn and discover about travel, and it's popular with students researching their graduation thesis or studying tourism. We also offer travel planning services, particularly those using public transportation, and we offer consultations for domestic travel.
● As a souvenir for those enjoying Sakaiminato, we offer origami "Medama Oyaji" (Eyeball Man). We'll teach you how to make one and provide it to anyone who requests.

● Events related to "yokai" (monsters), such as the Sakaiminato Yokai Quiz, are held several times a year.
● Events related to "fish," such as the "Osakana Road Great Catch Festival," are held several times a year.

●Check out time is 9.00~9.30. (on weekend and public holiday, check-out time is 9.00am. To allow you have more time to spend on travelling, we have set the check-out time early purposely. Thank you for your understanding.
●During weekdays between November to February, you can request for a early check-in before 5pm. (please request when you make the booking).
●You can leave your luggage with us before check-in and/ or after check-out. We may not be available all the time, so please let us know at least 30 minutes beforehand. In the case when we are not available to take your luggage, please ask the “Yokai Shop Gegege” to store your luggage.
●We encourage you to go out (during 9.30am~17.00pm) even when you are staying more than 2 nights. (except bad weather and being sick).
●We value the importance of equality and the fun of coincidence. Therefore we do not encourage any of the following behaviours, give a lift to female guests, provide information and ask other female guest out for a meal. However we respect all guests to exchange travel information with each other.
●Please eat at designated area.
●You can bring any bottles drink to your rooms (both domitory and private rooms).
●Please feel free to use the kitchen, however, please use the stove and handle the fire carefully. Please feel free to use the seasoning. Please clean after yourself.
●When using the fridge, please label them with your name and departure time. Please also refrain from changing the temperature of the fridge.
●Please seperate the rubbish and crecycle accordingly.
●We do not hole night event or live shows at night.
