'Koala' Guest House

Characteristics:
Koala Guest House (opened in July 2016) offers two bedrooms each equipped with two beds and decorated with delicate Kirie paper cutouts, Kimono obi or traditional dolls to bring a Japanese touch to the overall interior design and allow guests to get more familiar with Japanese culture. It can accommodate 5 people which is especially convenient for families with children. Also there are two toilets.

Surroundings:
Koala Guest House is located at the center of the shopping center, and close to the government office, police station, post office and hospital, which are all concentrated in the neighbourhood.
There is a Lawson convenience store directly opposite to the guest house, and a 24H supermarket about 30 seconds away.
There is also a great number of ramen shops in the area where you can enjoy tasty ramen noodles.

How to get there:
The closest stations are Itabashi-Kuyakushomae station (on the Toei Mita line), Ōyama station (on the Tōbu Tōjō line) and JR Itabashi station. It takes between 6 and 17 minutes to reach the guest house, depending on which station you use.
It takes about 1h from Haneda airport to any of the closest stations, and about 100 minutes from Narita airport. The closest station to the guest house is only a 6 minute' walk away.

About the Hosts:
As a couple who has lived abroad, we are delighted to welcome people from all over the world. If you can't speak Japanese don't worry, we can both speak English. We are committed to providing a low-price, secure and safe accommodation because we too have stayed in cheap hotels and experienced the kindness of host families when we were abroad. That is the reason we started this guest house.
Also we're living 100m away from the guest house, so it’s easy for you to reach us in case of an emergency. Should you feel sick for example, we would take you to the nearest hospital.
