①Farm stay

Kunimasuda is a seaside inn owned by a cheerful and friendly husband and his kind-hearted wife. We are both very welcoming and one look at our entrance wall covered with pictures of previous guests will tell you that we love to receive people from all around the world!
Our house is surrounded by nature and faces large rice fields that strech as far as the eye see. The rice we produce is famous for being particularly tasty, and is so popular that people regularly ask us to send them some!
At Kunimasuda you can take time to appreciate the beautiful, abundant nature of the Ria Coast, eat fresh vegetables or seafood... in a word, you can truely enjoy life in the countryside!

②Farm work experience (planting and harvesting rice and vegetables)

Please note that the activities might vary depending on the season, the weather or the time. If you take part to the rice planting or harvesting experiences will send you a sample of the rice you planted or harvested yourself!

③Fishing　※Please bring your own fishing material

The seashore is only 5 min away from the house so you can go fishing or strolling whenever you want!


④Awa Odori Festival

Every year between August 12th and 15th is held in Tokushima an extremely popular festival called Awa Odori Festival. During this period, people from all over the country gather to celebrate and see the performers dance, bringing the whole city to vibrate to the rhythm of the music.
It takes about 1h30 to Tokushima city from the inn so It's perfect to enjoy both the liveliness of the festival and the peacefulness of the countryside.


⑤Others

・Climbing (November to March)
Climbers often come to Minami city since there is a climbing area on the Ohama Coast.
・Diving & Sea kayaking (May to October)
One of our friends has a sea kayak shop but since it gets booked really quickly thank you to inform us in advance if you're interested.


[A word from the host]
The vegetables we produce are grown on the sunny Ohama Coast, a place appreciated even by sea turtles who come lay their eggs in the sand every year.
You can experience different farm works here, such as field mustard and okura harvest.
Also I (the host) am a former surfer so people who enjoy surf and ocean lovers are very welcomed!
Our inn is located in a small village called Tai in Minami city, Kaifu district, Tokushima prefecture.

[Access]
JR Kiki station (JR木岐駅) on the Mugi line (牟岐線)
The station is about 7 km away from the inn. It takes about 15 min by car to cover the distance.
※Note : There is no signboard to indicate the inn's location but we suggest you take the Prefectural Road Route 25 to Yuki (it's the large road running along the seaside).
