This rental house allows you to stay in the "continuation of a story" where someone once lived.
The living room with its low table, the Japanese-style room with its shoji screens, and the displayed tableware and records quietly preserve memories of life there.
The overall feel of the building has been preserved, with minimal renovations, particularly to the bathroom and kitchen, to create a comfortable environment for guests to stay in.
A novel based on a true story related to the house has been placed on the premises, and as you turn the pages while listening to music, you will feel as if time is gently passing by.
Rather than simply staying overnight, you are staying in a memory. This feeling is one of the great charms of this house.
The nearby scenery, where nature and culture blend in harmony, includes Lake Ippeki, Mt. Omuroyama, Okuno Dam, Jogasaki Coast, and Zen temples. Part of the experience of staying here is being able to go out and do whatever your heart desires, with the afterglow of the story lingering in your mind, whether it's a morning stroll or an evening drive.
Here, you'll experience a time that feels like a journey, but also a little like daily life.

To make your stay even more enjoyable,
I've published an original novel set in this place, "Wind and Ceiling Map," on note.
Search for "Wind and Ceiling Map note" and be sure to read it.
