DESCRIPTION
An old private house that is said to have been relocated from Kyoto in the early Showa period has been revived. The person who moved it was Mr. Matsutaro Shoriki, the person who made the Yomiuri Shimbun and Japan Television. Perhaps because of the historical figure, there is a hidden room in the attic, which is mysterious. The earthen floor with large beams, the Japanese-style room facing the sea, and the horizon can be seen from anywhere. The sea is so close that you feel like you are on the sea, and you can overlook the Manazuru Peninsula, Oshima, Hatsujima, the Izu Islands, and the Izu Peninsula, and it is like an observation deck. There is an orchard in the back, which is large enough to walk with your pet. The baths and washbasins have been renovated and are modern, but the bathtubs can only be seen at the highest quality Koyamaki and high-end inns. The capacity is 12 people, so you can spend time with your family, friends, or as a couple! However, since it is a quiet area, there are no shops around. You can buy and cook at a nearby supermarket, or you can enjoy BBQ. Anyway, the location and the old house make you sigh. It can be said that it is a miracle accommodation! Please stay and feel it!

・ゴミは必ず分別してください。
通常利用以上のゴミ・粗大ゴミにつきましては、持ち帰っていただくか、有料で廃棄することができます。BBQの後の生ゴミは水分を十分切ってから処分してください。
・宿までの道が入り組んでいて、とても迷いやすいです。十分お気を付けください。ご到着までホストがサポートします。
・この近辺の水は山からの湧水を水源にしています。富士山の伏流水が利用されている場所もあります。
質の良い軟水で飲み水としても問題ありません。ただし宿の近辺は水道管が古く希にサビが混じる場合がございます。古い家なのでご容赦ください。
・宿には専用の駐車場が3台分ございます。宿から専用の駐車場までは歩いて3～4分の距離がございます。ご到着してからご案内いたします。複数台ご希望の方はご相談ください。
・自然が多く豊かな土地柄、虫が多く発生することがあります。こちらも十分対策をしておりますが、ご滞在中発生することもあります。あらかじめご了承ください。
・築年数が経っておりますので、新しい建物とは趣が異なります。建物の古さ故の不具合などはご理解くださいいただき、風情をお楽しみください。
