New apartment with good access to everything

The apartment's location offers great access to major stations such as Senri-Chūō station (5min bus-ride + 20min walk), but also to the whole Keihanshin area composed of Kyoto, Kobe, Takurazaka, and of course, Osaka.
It's location also ensures easy access to Osaka University, Kansai University, Ritsumeikan University (Ibaraki campus) and other Education and Research institutes, as they are all grouped around the accommodation. Which is especially convenient for students (exchange students and regular students), researchers, lecturers or conference members.

One station away on the monorail is the Expo Memorial Park (EXPOCITY) with its museum, its park and its leisure and shopping facilities.
Football lovers will appreciate the fact that the apartment is also close to the municipal football stadium.

Access by train:
・15 minutes from Osaka international airport by train (direct train line)
・From Kansai international airport take the Nankai line and change for the Hankyū line (70min)
・Shin-Osaka, Umeda and Namba can be reached within 30 minutes by train

Access by car:
The Suita Interchange is only 10 minutes away by car. It offers access to the Meishin expressway, Kinki expressway and Chugoku expressway.
Free parking are available.

About the accommodation:
The apartment has been renovated in July 2016 so it's as good as new. The furniture are brand new and create a comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel home the moment you step inside.

There is a 24H convenience store right in front of the house, but also a coffee shop, a casual dining restaurant, a ramen restaurant, a natural food store and other shops nearby.
