Casa Sun Tsuruhashi

A three-storey house on a residential lane in Tsuruhashi, Osaka, rented whole to one group (66 m², up to 4 guests on STAY JAPAN): two bedrooms, a kitchen with seasonings, a washer and separate dryer, a bathtub, towels and toiletries. Nothing is shared with other guests.

[Late arrival / from Kansai Airport]
Direct train from Kansai Airport to Tsuruhashi Station (about 1 hr, no transfer). Self check-in, so late-night arrival is fine. We can hold your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

[Staying a week or longer in winter]
Heating in every room and extra blankets. Washer and dryer, a kitchen with seasonings, a dining table you can work at, and a supermarket 5 min on foot. Live like a local.

The price is a flat rate for the whole house regardless of the number of guests (no extra-guest charges).

One minute on foot from the entrance to Tsuruhashi Koreatown (Miyukidori shopping street). You are right behind a street full of yakiniku and kimchi shops, yet the house itself sits on a narrow residential lane set back from the bustle of the street.

- Namba about 20 min (5 min direct from Tsuruhashi), USJ about 40 min, Nara about 45 min, Kyoto about 1 hour, Kansai Airport about 1 hour
- Kyocera Dome Osaka 11 min direct from Tsuruhashi, Tennoji and Osaka Castle 5 min by JR, Osaka/Umeda Stn 15 min by JR, Shin-Osaka (Shinkansen) one change at Osaka Stn

- 1F: entrance, bathroom (tub and shower), washbasin, washing machine and separate dryer
- 2F: living-dining room, kitchen, toilet, sofa bed, TV
- 3F: Bedroom 1 (2 single beds), Bedroom 2 (1 bunk bed + 1 Japanese futon)
- Rooftop: private terrace (laundry pole; the only place smoking is allowed, until 8 PM)

[Sleeping]
Everyone sleeps comfortably on the bedroom beds and futon.

[Facilities]
- Kitchen (for light cooking): 1-burner IH hob, microwave (with oven function), oven toaster, 3-cup rice cooker (about 4 servings per batch), electric kettle, fridge with freezer compartment. Cookware: a 24 cm two-handled pot, a 24 cm deep frying pan, a 15 cm small pot, knife, cutting board, bowl and colander. Tableware for 6 (6 large plates, side plates, rice bowls, soup bowls, mugs, glasses, chopsticks and cutlery). Basic seasonings provided. For a proper meal, Koreatown is 1 minute from the door.
- Bath & laundry: bathroom with tub and shower; washing machine and a separate dryer; shampoo, conditioner, body soap and laundry detergent; one face towel and one bath towel per guest
- Shared: fast free Wi-Fi (measured about 75 Mbps on 2F and 76 Mbps on 3F), air conditioning in every room, TV, dining table for 4, vacuum cleaner
- For children: high chair, children's tableware, folding baby crib (up to 24 months, free, on request)
- 2 loaner bicycles at no extra charge (use is included in the room rate; registered and inspected; ride at your own risk)

[Shopping & around]
Supermarket Bisuchiyo about 5 min on foot, drugstore Higuchi about 5 min, 24-hour convenience stores about 6-7 min, Gyomu Super about 11 min. Natural hot spring Nobeha-no-Yu Tsuruhashi about 10 min on foot (open-air bath and bedrock bath).

[Check-in]
Self check-in. We send photo directions the day before and the key-box code on the morning of arrival.

* The stairs are steep and there is no elevator. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.
* There is one security camera outside the front entrance (for guest safety and to confirm the number of guests). There are no cameras inside.
