In May 2018, the new decoration has been treated with odor.
Japanese-style house, a total of 2 floors, whole for rental.
There is space for luggage on the 1st floor so that you do not need to carry luggage to upstairs.
The bedroom on the 1st floor contains 2 IKEA double beds 140x200 and 1 IKEA sofa bed 160x200. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, and the master room contains IKEA 160x200 Q size bed and 1 BB bed. The children's room contains 1 IKEA 160x200 sofa bed and 1 BB bed, and each floor can accommodate 6 people and can accommodate 12 people in total. The bathroom has Shiseido shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hair dryer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, rice cooker, washing machine, sharp TV, iron, pocket Wi-Fi, paper towels, bath towels, disposable toothbrush, 12 people can eat at the same time.
The hut is equipped with the following children's items: wooden high chair, IKEA children's cutlery, IKEA children's toilets, IKEA track trains, home safety game mats and IKEA children's hangers

【注意事項】
1. 禁止吸煙。 No smoking 。
2. 不適合寵物入住。
3. 請在1樓玄關處脫鞋，玄關有室內拖鞋可供更換。
4. 請不要在床上吃東西，已提供餐桌。
5. 房子會提供一台隨身Wi-Fi，在入住期間可以帶出去任何地方使用，但是退房的時候請必須放回到房間裏並充電。
6. 退房之前請將房間裏的物品都放回到原來的地方，請勿帶走。
7. 嬰兒至2歲小孩免費入住，2歲以上視同成人需收費(附個人床單、浴毛巾)。
8. 入住期間不會有清潔人員打掃，有需求的話請事先聯絡，需支付清潔費用。
9. 如果遺失鑰匙，需賠償40美金。
10. 公寓沒有電梯。
11. 不允許舉辦聚會和活動，晚上9點過後需保持安靜，勿大聲喧嘩。
12. 垃圾需分類，房子內有分類垃圾桶，並備有垃圾袋。如果垃圾過多，可以放到屋外的垃圾箱。
13. 大型垃圾回收需付費，如紙箱和行李箱等，需丟棄大型垃圾請提前聯繫房東。
14. 請遵守入住人數。
15. 房內設施都是精心挑選，請妥善使用，禁止破壞，如有惡意破壞行為將進行拍照存證求償。
16. 維護地球資源，離開房間時請隨手關燈、冷暖氣、電氣用品與關廚房設備。
17.請遵守退房時間，如果超過退房時間會影響清潔的作業，也會影響下組房客的入住權益，請您諒解。
