1. Can I store my luggage before check-in/after check-out?
NO. The apartment has NO storage area.
To avoid any problems, we DON'T accommodate keeping of luggage BEFORE check-in. I recommend the use of coin lockers in Namba and Osaka (Umeda) stations. I can provide the location of the coin lockers or temporary luggage storage areas at Namba and Osaka stations.

3. DO YOU CHARGE CHILDREN UNDER 2 years old?
YES, we CHARGE all guests REGARDLESS OF AGE.
As written, this listing offers you convenience and a simple, cozy, clean place with all the things you need for an amazing stay, of which rate is far cheaper than its equivalent hotels. THE CHILD (TODDLER) IS ADVICED TO SLEEP BETWEEN THE PARENTS TO AVOID ANY ACCIDENTS.
Please note: There is no crib available.

4. BED ARRANGEMENTS.
For 1 guest: Double bed
2 guests – couple or 2 who doesn't want to share beds: Double bed (good for 2 guests) and single bed (For 1 guest) in the room.
3 guests: Double bed (good for 2 guests) and single bed (For 1 guest) in the room.

5. Portable WIFI
It is unlimited data usage. BUT, like any gadgets, OVER USAGE SLOW DOWN the SPEED.

NOTE: *** We can ONLY provide ONE unit of portable WIFI.

If you are a group of 3 or 4 and are HEAVY USERS of internet, we advise you to AVAIL OF ANOTHER WIFI UNIT or GET A JAPAN-COMPATIBLE SIM CARD (recommended). For SIM card, please be sure to UNLOCK your mobile phone from your country if required.

6. WHY IS THE PRICE DIFFERENT from my CALCULATION?
The total price is comprised of:
A. [nightly rate + (Extra guests fee, if applicable)] x number of nights
The nightly rate can be found on the calendar.
B. Cleaning fee (one-time fee)
C. Stay Japan Service fee 15 %(one-time fee set and collected by Stay Japan)
*Exchange rates of each country also affects the nightly rate.
*The cleaning fee, the extra guest fee, the weekly discount and the monthly discount can be found under "additional fees" in the description.
Rate fluctuates according to travel trends and peak seasons, holidays and special events.
Please enter your specific dates on the calendar to know the rate for those days. Discounts for weekly and monthly stays are subtracted before the additional guest fee is added.

The rate is far lower than any equivalent rank in hotels:). Please check the calendar, where discounts from the normal rate are reflected. Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied accordingly.
