・Full kitchen: fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware

・Others: Refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle with temperature setting

■Guest room
・Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed
・Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
* Both are equipped with air conditioners, humidifiers, and closets.

・Toilet with warm water bidet toilet seat, hair dryer, toothbrush, new towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap are also available.

・No smoking (additional charges will be incurred for odors and stains).
・Please stay quiet after 22:00
・ If an unregistered guest enters the property, an additional fee will be charged.
・ Parties and events are prohibited (immediate check-out in case of violation).
・ Pets are prohibited (if pets are allowed in the room, a cleaning fee of 100,000 yen will be charged)
・ Hair dyeing is prohibited in the bathroom (additional cleaning costs will be incurred if it gets dirty).
・Illegal activities are prohibited.
・ Subleasing is prohibited.
