６０歳前後の夫婦で滞在しました。双方とも日本の東西の田舎の出なので、「五右衛門風呂、入った事ある！」（今回は残念ながら工事中でしたが…）とか、「そうそう、板の戸って節が抜けてしまうことがあるんだよね（小さな小さなものです、全く問題ありません）」とか、「台所と居間のちゃぶ台のこの距離感、いいね～」とかで、「陽瑠寝」そのものに盛り上がってしまいました。台所・トイレ・風呂等の水回りは完璧にリフォームされており、快適そのもの。ただ、その他の部分は、（あえてと思います）手が入れられていませんでした。たとえば雨戸。寝るときは防犯のため閉めましたが、その鍵が錆びた釘でした。これが見事に機能し、今まで「陽瑠寝」に住まわれていた方々の知恵に守られている感じがしてぐっすり眠れました。３泊４日でしたので、レンタカーを借りてあちこち廻ろうとも思っていましたが、結局１泊２日で電動自転車を借りて、早朝の備瀬のフクギ並木・今帰仁城・沖縄美ら海水族館（オキちゃん劇場最高！）にいったぐらいで、あとは、「陽瑠寝」で全ての戸を開け放して寝転んで本を読んだり、バーベキューをしたりしながら、まったりしました。「おばあの家（勝手に命名）」良質の時間が流れています！
