"Kamisama to Hotokesama" is a private traditional Japanese house where you can experience the culture, history, and nature of the Usa and Kunisaki region. It is an ideal base for visiting Usa Jingu Shrine, exploring the temples and sacred sites of Rokugo Manzan, walking through beautiful rural landscapes, or enjoying peaceful moments by the sea.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the house has been carefully preserved and expanded over generations. Its unusual layout, formed by two connected buildings, creates a nostalgic atmosphere with a character all its own.
You will have exclusive use of the entire 138㎡ property during your stay. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, we hope you will enjoy slow and meaningful moments together—reading, sharing stories, and reflecting on your journey.
The house is equipped with free parking, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer, making it comfortable for both short and longer stays.
I have lived in Usa for more than ten years and truly love this area. If you are looking for local recommendations, hidden temples, restaurants, seasonal highlights, or places that are not found in guidebooks, I would be happy to help.
