A private village with views of the sea and the perfect place for a private weekend getaway. Boasting spectacular views and a great sense of privacy, enjoy the coastline from the balcony or a bedroom window. With an 8-acre garden full of roses, enjoy the beautiful scenery with up to 8 guests!
# Notice
This villa is a private house and can accommodate up to 8 guests, limited to one group per day. Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights.
The basic rate is for 1~2 guests per night (no discount for single stay). 3 or more guests will be charged an additional fee for each additional guest.
Meals are not included in the room rate.
Please eat out, bring your own food, or prepare your own meals in the kitchen.

Children 2 years old and up must be included in the number of guests, and children under 1 year old using a futon must also be included in the number of guests.

On nice days it is possible to see Sado Island from across the sea. Enjoy a relaxing, romantic time with privacy in this quiet escape.
There is a rose garden on site exceeding 8-acres. When in bloom, there are over 200 kinds of roses and 500 types of other flowers. In spring, various flowers are in full-bloom to welcome guests on their arrival.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking appliances, tableware, wine glasses, wine cellar and so on. Please make yourself at home and enjoy cooking a fabulous dinner for that special someone.
# NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
In the summer you can go out to beaches, such as Echizenhama and Kakudahama nearby.
Also, there are as many as 10 hot springs located a short distance away. Enjoy the quiet and serenity of this home full of nature. Perfect for day trips to the beach or to the city.

美しい夕陽が見える別荘
今回はグループ旅行だったため、みんなでわいわい泊まれるところを探していたところこちらに出会いました。広々とした一棟貸しのコテージなので、周りを気にせずゆっくり過ごせたのが良かったです。最大8名まで宿泊可能な施設だけあって、4人で利用するとかなり余裕があり、リビングも広く快適でした。遠くに海を望むロケーションも素晴らしく、夕陽を眺めながら贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
キッチンや調理器具も充実しており、困ることはありませんでした。また、手入れの行き届いた庭園がとても印象的でした。周辺には温泉やワイナリーなど観光スポットもあり、観光の拠点としても便利です。
あえて一点だけ挙げるとすれば、買い物ができるお店までは少し距離があるため、食材や飲み物は事前に準備しておくのがおすすめです。
「今度は家族や、ほかの仲間と来たい」と満足の旅となりました。

まずは、噂に違わない圧倒的なロケーション！
天井までの窓越しに、そしてバルコニーから、遮るものなく佐渡まで見える景色が日没に向かって少しずつ変わる様子を、の〜んびり眺めて身も心もゆったりしました。
近所の温泉利用チケットもうれしいですね。
室内も全てがゆったりしているので、子どもたちも大喜び。とうもろこし狩りをしたので、みんなでとうもろこしの皮を剥いたり、楽しい思い出がいっぱいです。
ガーデンを含めた全ての空間造りにオーナーさんの造形の深さを感じました。ナビがピンポイントで探し当てられず、途中までお迎えいただいた管理人さんもありがとうございました。
バラが満開の時にも行ってみたいと思います。

はじめての民泊
3世代で利用しました。
祖父母が洋室でベッド、それ以外が和室で布団利用です。
まず、広いリビングと大きいテレビ、リビングからの景色に感動。
リビングインの階段と吹き抜けの広い天井…普段マンション暮らしなので新鮮でした。
お風呂は浴槽がなくシャワーのみですが、5月なので問題ありませんでした。
（近くの温泉？スパ？の入浴券をいただけますが、真冬だと車移動でも湯冷めしそうです）
天気がいいと海の向こうに佐渡島がみえます。
夕陽が沈んでいくのもみえて、とても素敵でした。
