This is a typical farmhouse that is more than 50 years old. Enjoy the good old Japan house.
Please cooperate with the following to ensure your comfortable stay.
● This is a guest house that provides part of our residence, and we warmly welcome you. Please make a reservation with the understanding that it is not a rental building and that it is not suitable for those who do not want to come into contact with the host.
●The curfew is usually 23:00. If you have special circumstances, please contact us in advance.
●Please refrain from loud music and talking from 21:00~7:00.
●Please separate your garbage.
● Shoes are strictly prohibited indoors.
● Please take care of your valuables by yourself.
● Smoking is prohibited in the building. Smoking is only allowed outdoors in designated areas.
●Please refrain from entering the room unless you are staying at the hotel.
● You are using a part of our residence, so please act in moderation.
*Please note that some map apps and car navigation system address searches may display nearby houses with the same address (the lot number has already been changed, but there are apps and car navigation systems that have not been reflected).
*It takes about 40 minutes by train and walk from Niigata Station. It is somewhat inconvenient if you come by public transportation, so if you want to enjoy the nightlife around Niigata Station, we recommend that you use an accommodation close to it.
