DESCRIPTION
This building is an early residential work by Tadao Ando, "Former Nanbayashi Residence". (Completed in 1984)
The former Nanbayashi Residence is located in Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture, and is a residential work designed for three households, including the owner couple and their families at the time. Although this work is very valuable in history, it was a building that was in danger of being demolished in 2022, but after passing it into the hands of the next owner, it was successfully restored after more than a year of large-scale repairs.
This plan is a special service that allows you to rent out one room on the middle floor of the former Nanlin Mansion for one group per day.
Ikoma Station is a 25-minute walk to a station in Osaka and a 40-minute walk to Kyoto Station, making it a highly recommended sightseeing base in the Kansai region.
It is the only service in the world that allows you to monopolize the middle floors of this building as if it were your own villa and stay on your favorite schedule. Please enjoy the time that you cannot enjoy only by visiting the building, and use it as a place to learn.
