Maki House - Komoro's gateway / 7-minute walk from the station - Accommodates 1 to 8 people

Guests using the bath between September and June of the following year (excluding July and August) will be charged a separate bath usage fee (1,000 yen per use). Payment must be made in cash on site.

Komoro City is a jewel of Shinshu, a city filled with the charm of history and nature.

Maki House, located about a 7-minute walk from Komoro Station on the Shinano Railway, will allow you to fully experience the charms of this area.

Maki House is a homely inn with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel like you're back home, where you can relax to your heart's content even if you're staying overnight without meals. Workation and remote work are also supported, and long-term stays are also welcome.

[Information]
・Maki House is a homestay-style inn. It is not a private rental. Please be careful not to make any mistakes.
・Limited to one group per day. Other guests may stay with us.
・Bathrooms, kitchens, washrooms, toilets, etc. are shared.
・The first floor of the building is the host's living space, and the second floor is your room.
・Luggage storage is not available. Please use the coin lockers at Komoro Station.

Meals are not included in the accommodation rate. This is the price for one night's stay without meals.

Guests are welcome to eat out at nearby restaurants, bring their own food, or cook in the mini kitchen on the second floor of Maki House.

Cooking utensils are provided (rice cookers are not available). Guests are required to bring their own ingredients and seasonings.

[Bath]
Please limit bathing to 30 minutes per bath.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor of the building.
1. Japanese-style room (6 tatami mats, capacity 2 guests, 2 futons)
Equipped with a Japanese-style table, TV, and air conditioning.

2. Western-style room (6 tatami mats, capacity 2 guests, 1 bed and 1 futon)
Equipped with a Western-style table, side table, built-in closet, 3 hangers, and air conditioning.

3. Western-style room (20 tatami mats, capacity 4 guests, 2 foldable beds and 2 futons)

Each room has a key.
Wi-Fi is available.
All rooms have a balcony. Please be careful not to fall. Smoking is prohibited on the balcony.

The common areas are shared with other guests and the host. Please be considerate when using them.
