The Taisho Modern-style Japanese dining room (10 mats) can seat up to 8 guests. It opens directly into the adjacent living room (10 mats), creating a combined 20-mat open space. Equipped with a 42-inch TV connected to Apple TV, unlimited Netflix, a record player, and Bluetooth audio.

The kitchen features a striking lapis-blue tile worktop and a one-piece zelkova wood bar counter.
