Please come and visit the magnificent natural sight at the foot of the Kirishima mountain range, a place selected as one of "Japan's 100 remarkable waters", and spend your time at the farm surrounded by green plants and animals.

This is homestay-type accommodation.
The rates shown are for one person without meals (tax included) and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Extra charge for 1 additional person is from 7,800yen
We do not offer a child rate, please inquire for infants.

●About this accommodation
We started the homestay business with the hope of getting more people to know about agriculture and farming communities, and are looking forward to "once in a lifetime" encounters.
In the beginning, we started Rice-and-Duck Farming (known in Japan as "Aigamo" is a modern multispecies integrated farming system) by raising ducks in rice yield to help control weeds and pests. And then started to keep other animals such as Ukkokei chicken (a famous chicken breed of Miyazaki), goats, rabbits and etc.
Please enjoy the experience of interacting with various animals as well as encounters with local people.

Pick up the eggs of Ukokkei chicken and Akadori chicken (both are Miyazaki famous chicken), and use them for breakfast.

Cut up the live Ukokkei chicken (silkie chicken, famous in Miyazaki) and use it as an ingredient for dinner.
A rare and special experience to feel the preciousness of life and the importance of food.

Harvest the seasonal vegetables and take them home to use as ingredients for dinner or breakfast.

●About Meals
Please enjoy the taste of local seasonal ingredients cooked by local moms.
We offer simmered and grilled fish using river fish unique to the mountains.
We also have pesticide-free rice harvested from Ikoma Farm's rice-duck farm system and home-made eggs.
The egg rice made with freshly picked eggs from the Silkie chicken and red chicken is very tasty!

In summer, please try the somen noodles flowing by the underground water! (Flowing somen is a Japanese eating style, using chopsticks to catch the noodles flowing in a bamboo pipe.)
In winter, we have baked sweet potatoes and Shiitake (a Japanese mushroom) dishes for you.

●About the Rooms
We have a large Western-style room of about 20 tatami mats with six beds.
The room can be used by one person or more.
Come with families or friends is always welcome.

●About Bathing
Please relax while soaking in the hot water.
Bathing is available until 22:00.

●Measures against COVID-19 infectious disease
・Face-to-face direct contact will be avoided at check-in, and a temperature check and identify check for all guests is required.
・For the using of (public) bath or restaurant facilities, the number of people and the length of using time will be limited to avoid the “Three Cs” thoroughly.
・Guest room and the shared area will be disinfected and ventilated.

This is a popular restaurant that was visited and introduced by Reina Triendl on a TV program. It is famous for its spring water from the range of Mt. Kirishima, which has been selected as one of Japan's 100 remarkable waters. And also known as the hometown of "Genjibotaru" firefly.
In the park, there has an aquarium and restaurants that provide fresh Koi fish and trout fish dishes.
The Deinoyama Pond in the park was built by the Satsuma Domain in 1927 as a storage pond for irrigation using water with the spring water from Mt. Kirishima.
Today, the park is a place for citizens to relax and enjoy the water and nature.

A farm stand operated by JA Kobayashi.
Eggs, rice and flowers from Ikoma Farm are sold here as well as a variety of fresh vegetables and processed goods.
