◎Booking
1.Please fill in the guest register and present an identification document during the check-in.

2.Payment method: payment in advance.

3.Check-in time is from 3:00PM, check-out time is until 11:00PM.

4.Please contact us at least 1 week in advance if you wish to modify your reservation or cancel it.

5.Cancellation fee: we charge 50% of reservation amount if you cancel 5 days before the date of arrival, 100% of reservation amount if you cancel 1 or 0 day before the date of arrival.

6.We charge 100% of reservation amount even in the case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as unfavorable sea conditions etc.


◎During your stay
1.Only guests with a reservation are allowed inside the accommodation.

2.You can use the kitchen and tableware, but make sure you always clean and wipe the plates etc. you used before storing them, please.

3.You can use the bathroom 24/7. Please switch the boiler off when you’re finished.

4.You can use the barbecue area until 10:00PM. Thank you to clean everything by 10:30PM. You can smoke in the barbecue area but please make sure that it doesn’t cause any disturbance or inconvenience to the neighbors and the other guests.

5.Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Thank you to smoke outside the house or in the BBQ area.

6.Thank you to sort your garbage and avoid wasting energy. (Please, turn off the air conditioner if you’re leaving the room for a while.)

7.Do not drive after drinking.

8.Do not bring anything illegal or dangerous into the guest house.

9.There isn’t any curfew or rule concerning the way you spend the night, but we will ask you to leave the guest house without refund if we receive complaints from other guests or neighbors.

10.Do not take any furniture, items etc. that belong to the guest house outside.

11.Please, do not take common-area furniture/items to your room.
Common areas: kitchen, living room, BBQ area, toilets, shower.

12.Please, do not drink alcohol in your room. You can drink in the common areas (living room, BBQ area).


◎Liability
1.The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by themselves or their guests with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the guesthouse and its contents.

2.We will not be responsible for injury, accident, damage, theft, loss or inconvenience beyond our control arising during your stay. We are not responsible for any valuables, money or other articles in your possession.

3.We will not be responsible for any disagreement or trouble arising between guests.

4.We will keep forgotten items for 6 months.


◎Rental items
1.We are not responsible for the damage or theft of any rental items.

2.The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by themselves or their guests in case of damage or loss of any rental items.


◎Pets
1.We only accept pets who have been housetrained. If your pet soils any part of the guesthouse, thank you to clean up immediately and contact us after. A cleaning fee will be charged in case of stain.

2.When leaving the guesthouse, be sure to keep your pet outside on a leash or in a carrier.

3.All pets must be on a leash or pet carrier. If you can’t leave your pet outside, place it in a carrier and make sure it doesn’t get out when inside the guesthouse.

4.Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

◎Privacy policy
1.Any personal information guests share with us is protected by the Personal Information Protection Act. We will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your Personal Data to third parties.
