◎About this accommodation
With the idea of contributing to the revitalization of my hometown, Ebino City, the owner started this homestay business to create a communal place based on my past experiences.
In this old-fashioned house, you can enjoy the warmth of a family and the convenience of modern life both.
An old house café named “café de arts rukkora” is located in the renewed quaint house as well.
The café serves seasonal dishes made from herbs that are healthy for the body. And the art exhibition will bring visual enjoyment to you too!
You are welcome to visit the café as well as stay overnight.

○About the accommodation plan
The rates shown are for one person without meals (tax included).
Extra charge for 1 additional person is from 8,000yen.

●Measures against COVID-19 infectious disease
Please be sure to disinfect with alcohol before entering the building. Mask wearing and temperature check is requested as well.

●About Meals
We serve barely rice that cooked in an earthenware pot, homemade tofu and kimchi, and dishes made with seasonal vegetables.
The menu is primarily healthy herb-dishes-base.
We use fresh vegetables and herbs that vary with the seasons to create brightly colored dishes. Herbs are not only good for appetite and health but also be expected to remain mental stability.

Breakfast is served with freshly baked bread, sticky barley rice, miso soup and egg rolls.
We also pride ourselves on our breakfast of using fresh vegetables picked from the farm!

●Experience Activities menu
－Swag　& wreath making (1,000 yen)
Swags and wreaths are made by using harvested herbs, eucalyptus and olives.
You can take home the swags and wreaths you make.

－Herb tea making (1,000 yen)
Dry the harvested herb and use it to make herb tea.
The tea you made is able to take home.
You can also drink it on the spot, so please don't miss this opportunity to try your own freshly made original herb tea.

－Miso Dama(ball) making (1,000yen)　
*Miso Dama(ball): small packed uncooked miso paste for instant use.
You can experience making miso balls with our homemade miso. And add vegetables and herbs to create an original one.
This fun and easy experience take about 20 minutes.

－Bread (panini) making (1, 000yen)
Panini, a light meal in Italy, takes about 60 minutes to make.
The freshly baked Panini smells so good you can't wait to try them!

－Genovese making (around Aug-Sep) (1,000yen)
You will experience making Genovese with holy basil.
The Genovese you make can be served over pasta or used in a Panini that you can make in another experience project.

●About the rooms
Japanese-style room: 2 rooms, up to 6 guests, 6 tatami-mats sizes each.
There is a sliding door between the 2 guest rooms, and it can be removed to have a larger space.
The sliding door between the guest room and the owner’s room will be locked.
Only one group of guests will be accepted a day, so you do not need to share space with others.
All rooms are lockable, so if you are worried about your valuables, please lock your room.
※Please stay quietly in your room after 23:00

Hōnen, famous as the god of Shochu, is enshrined here.
It is said that one of your wishes can come true if you place Shochu offering to the god.
Many visitors come to the shrine from within and outside the prefecture.
The Akashi Sake Brewery, located about 5 minutes away by car, also provides a factory tour.

The factory tour of visiting the manufacturing process of Coca-Cola products are organized periodically. A free sample of drinks is available to enjoy.
The Coca-Cola collection gallery and shops are also available for children to enjoy.

16 different hot springs are able to enjoy here, including Ashiyu (soaking feet only in public hot springs),Yubiyu (soaking hands only in public hot springs), and family baths. Please refresh yourself by soaking in the hot springs and take a breath from your daily fatigue.
You can find restaurants and souvenir shops nearby as well, so how about stopping by on your way back home?
