It is about a 4-minute drive from Ebino Uwae Station. I use the house which Was in the same premises as my home to cook with a friend and to enjoy it at a dinner party for a private stay. The old private house was renovated, and there is a nostalgic atmosphere because it made it so that old beams and pillars can be seen, but modern things such as wood stoves are also interwoven.
Bathing is shared in the bathroom of the main house, but the kitchen and accommodation are allowed to use the retreat, so you can stay without hesitation.
I like to cook, and I hope you have a culinary experience that cooks a variety of dishes according to the season. In spring, you can make sweet sake and miso at any time, because you can make it yourself with konjac in autumn and rice bran. Outside the retreat, we make a terrace with a table and a pizza kiln, so it's also popular to put a fire in the kiln and bake pizza topped with seasonal vegetables.
In the field in front of you, seasonal vegetables such as bell peppers, eggplants, chinese cabbage, radish, carrots, wheat and sweet potatoes are planted, and various fruits such as oysters, pears, grapes, and peaches are planted on the site.
You can also experience the harvest of various vegetables and fruits throughout the year. Because buckwheat is made, you can also experience soba beating. If you don't have a rural area, don't you feel like you're coming to visit your relatives' house and slowly enjoy your country life?
