■Accommodation Information
"IRAKA" is a private vacation home that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Meals are not included in the accommodation rate.
The accommodation rate is the same for up to 4 guests. For groups of 5 or more, an additional fee will be charged for each additional person.
□Child Rates
There are no child rates. Children aged 2 and over are charged the same as adults. Please include them in your booking. Children under 2 years old stay free, but futons and towels will not be provided. If you would like a futon for a child under 2, please include them in the "Child" category when booking.
□Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes will be provided in your room upon arrival. One towel will be provided for every two nights. (For example: one towel for 1-2 nights, two for 3-4 nights, three for 5-6 nights, etc.)

■Important Notice Regarding BBQs and Fire
Barbecues, fireworks, and other fire use are prohibited. BBQs on wooden decks and in gardens are also prohibited.

For 2 guests, a single bed and a semi-double bed will be provided, but please message us if you have any futon preferences.

- Cooking with odors, such as grilled meat indoors.
- Allowing pets inside the facility.

- Any behavior that may disturb local residents.
- Dyeing hair inside or outside the facility, including the bathroom.

- This facility has two floors, but the second floor is not available for use.
- After booking, a guest list will be sent to you via email, and you will be asked to fill out a guest list in advance.
- Upon check-in, a photo and passport (for foreign nationals) signature will be required for all guests.
- You may be asked to show identification after entering the room.
- Luggage storage is not available before check-in.
- Please maintain quiet at night to avoid disturbing local residents. (The area around this building is relatively densely built up. There are many permanent residents, so please be especially careful about talking outside at night. If complaints are received from neighbors, you may be asked to move out immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be given.)
- Please note that the furniture, interior, fixtures, facilities, and equipment may change without notice.
- Please replace consumable items after you have used them.
- You are generally responsible for cleaning and other hygiene management during your stay. Cleaning supplies are provided.
- As the property is located in a natural area, insects and other pests may invade.
- Please wash the provided dishes and cooking utensils thoroughly after use and return them to their original location. (Please bring your own condiments.)
- You are free to use the provided fixtures and electrical appliances, but please handle them with care.
- We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss or theft of personal belongings indoors or outdoors.
・During the winter, guests traveling by car will be required to use winter tires such as studless tires or chains.
・If you experience car trouble within the park, please arrange for roadside service yourself.
[In the event of damage to facilities or equipment]
If facilities or equipment are damaged, you will be charged the actual cost of restoring them to their original condition. If the park needs to be closed, you will be charged compensation for damages caused by the closure. Please be mindful of this when using the park.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
Entry of individuals other than the registered guests is not allowed, regardless of the duration.
Use of open flames or any cooking devices other than the provided equipment is strictly prohibited.
Barbecues, bonfires, fireworks, and collection of plants on the premises are not allowed.
Smoking or burning incense inside the facility is prohibited.
Cooking strong-smelling dishes (such as grilled meat) indoors is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed inside the facility.
Use of the facility by minors alone is prohibited.
Any behavior that may cause a nuisance to nearby residents is prohibited.
Hair dyeing in the bathroom or anywhere inside or outside the facility is not allowed.

This is a two-story facility, but the second floor is not accessible to guests.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send a form via email for you to complete a guest registration list.
At check-in, we will collect a photo of all guests, and for non-Japanese guests, a passport copy and signature are required.
You may be asked to present identification after entering the property.
We do not accept luggage before check-in.
Please remain quiet at night to avoid disturbing the neighbors. (The property is located in a relatively densely populated area with many permanent residents.
