Surrounded by rural scenery, the spacious 1330-sq. m garden is perfect for BBQs, fireworks, sports, and camping.

Convenient access to leisure facilities is also available. Ski resorts, golf courses, and fishing ponds are all within a 20-30 minute drive, and hot springs such as Akiu Onsen, Aone Onsen, and Togatta Onsen are also easily accessible.

[Important Check-In/Check-Out Information]
Please check in and out at the Visitor Station or Zao Sansuien Management Office, approximately 15 minutes by car from Ikigai Kobo Variety Road Bettei Gentoshima (check-in locations vary depending on the time of day). Direct access to Gentoshima will not be permitted.

*There is no shuttle service or taxi arrangement service between the Visitor Station or Management Office and the property. Please come by car.

Please remember to return your key to the Visitor Station or Zao Sansuien Management Office upon your return. Details will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

■ Facility Information
Maboroshishima is a single-story rental villa (with a loft). The interior is spacious, measuring approximately 145 square meters. The floor plan is 4LDK. There are five bedrooms (4 single-family homes, 1 twin). The flat interior makes it safe for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair access is available indoors.

□ Living & Dining Room (Air Conditioning)
The spacious living & dining room, measuring approximately 35 tatami mats, is furnished with three sofas and a six-person dining set.

□ Kitchen
This simple system kitchen features a three-burner induction stove. It is equipped with a microwave, rice cooker, and other cooking utensils, as well as enough tableware for your guests, so you can use them for cooking during your stay. *Ingredients and condiments are not provided; please bring your own.

- Hot plates and other items are prohibited. Please cook indoors only in the kitchen. Please be mindful of leaving behind lingering odors and oily stains.

- Please thoroughly clean all cooking utensils and tableware after use and return them to their original locations. If you break any dishes, please be sure to inform the check-in area.

■ Accommodation Information
"Ikigai Kobo Variety Road Bettei Gento" is a private lodge that can accommodate up to six guests. Meals are not included in the accommodation rate.

The accommodation rate is the same for up to four guests. For groups of five or more, an additional fee will be charged for each additional guest.

□ Child Rates
There is no child rate. Children 2 years of age and older are charged the same rate as adults. Please include them in your reservation count. Children under 2 years old stay free, but futons and towels will not be provided. If you would like a futon for a child under 2 years old, please include them in your reservation count.

□Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes will be provided in your room upon arrival.

- Bath towel and hand towel: One each per person for every two nights (e.g., one for 1-2 nights, two for 3-4 nights, three for 5-6 nights, etc.)
- Toothbrush: One per person, regardless of the length of your stay.

*Taking home the towels provided is strictly prohibited.
*If you need more towels, you can rent bath towels (¥330/piece) and purchase face towels (¥220/piece) at the check-in location.

Please bring the following items from the management office or visitor station when you check in (they will not be delivered to your room).
