5.5 km to Sportsland SUGO main gate, a good location for
watching races at Sportsland SUGO or staying overnight when participating in races.
500m to a convenience store and family restaurant, 600m to
an important traditional building preservation area;
a convenient private accommodation for eating, drinking and
sightseeing.
Four bedrooms, parking for four cars, maximum accommodation for nine people. All rooms have been renovated for a
comfortable stay. Use for family or group stays. Equipped with washing machine and dryer, so recommended for longer stays.

Please check in/out at the 'Visitor Station' or the 'Zao Sansuien Management Office', which is approximately 20 minutes by car from SUGI (check-in locations vary depending on the time of
day). You will not be able to enter if you come directly to
SUGI.
There is no pick-up service between the visitor station or
management office and accommodation. We recommend that you arrive by car. If you use a means of transport other than
a car, please arrange a taxi on your own.
When leaving, please do not forget to return the key to the
Visitor Station or Zao Sansuien Management Office. More information will be provided after the booking has been confirmed.
[NOTICE & INFORMATION]
SUGI is located in a dense residential area. Please be particularly careful when talking outdoors at night. In the event of
complaints from neighbours, you may be asked to leave the
premises immediately. No outdoor conversations are permitted between 8PM and 7AM
The use of fire, including barbecues, fireworks and bonfires,
is prohibited on the premises. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please read and abide by the "Terms and Conditions and
Restrictions of the Property" when booking and staying at the property.

SUGI is a two-storey house. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms of 4LDK, so you can spend your time comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and crockery for your use during your stay. Foodstuffs and seasonings are not provided. Please bring your own.

please report it to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or
Visitor Station.

Accommodation
SUGI can be rented out in its entirety and can accommodate
up to nine people. Meals are not included in the
accommodation fee.
The accommodation charge is the same for up to 4 persons; if 5 or more persons use the accommodation, an additional
charge will be levied for each additional person from the 5th
person.

Children aged 2 years and over pay the same rate as adults.
Children under 2 years of age can stay for free, but no bedding or towels are provided.
Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes are provided in your room upon
arrival.
Bath towels and towels: 1 towel per person per 2 nights (e.g. 1 towel for 1 to 2 nights, 2 towels for 3 to 4 nights, 3 towels
for 5 to 6 nights...).
Toothbrush: 1 toothbrush per person, regardless of length of
stay.
Pre-set towels are strictly not to be taken home.
If you need more towels, please use the bath towel rental (330 yen/piece) or face towel sales (220 yen/piece) (available at
the check-in location between 7:30-19:00).
Please bring the following items from the management office or visitor station when you check in or between 7:30-19:00 if
necessary (we do not deliver to your room).
Shaving razors, cotton swabs, body towels and hairbrushes.
Bottles containing shampoo, conditioner and body soap are
available in the bathrooms.

・周辺住民の迷惑にならぬよう夜は静かにお過ごしください。(こちらの建物の周辺は、住居が密集しているエリアです。夜間屋外での話し声などは特にご注意をお願いします。近隣からのクレーム等が発生した場合は、即時退去していただく場合もありますのでご注意下さい。その場合、返金には一切応じません。)
・家具・インテリアや備品、各種施設・設備等の内容は予告なく変更になる場合がありますのでご了承ください。
・消耗品類は、使いきりましたらご自身でご用意ください。
・滞在中の清掃等衛生管理は、基本的にご自身で行っていただきます。掃除用具はご用意しております。
・家具、設備の移動はご遠慮ください。もし動かした場合は、ご出発前に必ず元の場所にお戻しください。
・自然の多い地域にございますので虫などが侵入することがございます。
