An inn in the mountains where you can enjoy nature in the
upper reaches of Lake Nanatsumori, throughout the four
seasons.　　
With the motto of making a menu with ingredients, you can
enjoy seasonal ingredients with creative Japanese kaiseki.
・ Ingredients that are particular about local production
　Enjoy the best ingredients of the season. Home-grown
vegetables and rice harvested in spring, summer, autumn, and winter "Hitomebore". Freshly harvested rock fish, such as
maitake mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, are also grown
in-house and freshly harvested.
・Hot springs
The hot spring is an alkaline cold mineral spring with a PH of 9,6, which is sure to make your skin smooth. By taking a large window, you can enjoy the outside scenery, and you can enjoy the feeling of an open-air bath without being cold even in
winter.
・Silver cherry blossom
The cherry blossoms that can be seen from the hot spring were planted by the previous founder, and the color of the petals
looked silver, so no one called them silver cherry blossoms.
Even now, more than 20 years old, you can enjoy the magnificent cherry blossoms while bathing in the hot springs.

・ There are 7 types of kilns with different baking finishes,
it is a pottery kiln.
　The tableware used in the hotel is made in this kiln.
　You can experience pottery, so why not make an original
vessel as a memory of your trip?
