■ About Accommodation
"Mokuren" is a private villa available for exclusive use, accommodating up to 6 people. Meals are not included in the accommodation fee.

The accommodation fee is the same for up to 4 people. An additional charge applies for 5 people.

□ Children's Rates
There are no separate children's rates. Children aged 2 and older are charged the same rate as adults. Please include them in your reservation. Children under 2 years old can stay free of charge, but bedding and towels will not be provided. If you require bedding for a child under 2 years old, please include them in the number of guests when making your reservation.

□Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes will be set up in your room upon arrival.

* Bath towels and hand towels: One per person for every two nights (e.g., 1 for 1-2 nights, 2 for 3-4 nights, 3 for 5-6 nights, etc.)
* Toothbrush: One per person regardless of length of stay

*Please note that taking towels that have been set up in your room is strictly prohibited.

*If you need more towels, you can rent a bath towel (330 yen/towel) or purchase a face towel (220 yen/towel) (available at check-in from 7:30 to 19:00).

There are many houses and residents in the surrounding area of ​​this building, so please be especially careful about talking loudly on the balcony or outdoors at night. If complaints arise from neighbors, you may be asked to vacate immediately. Please be aware of this in advance. Outdoor conversations are prohibited between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM the following morning.

Check-in after 2:00 AM is possible, but please note that there are times when check-in is not accepted.

"Mokuren" is located within the Zao Sansuien villa management area. There is a gate at the entrance to Zao Sansuien, and guests will need to use the remote key provided at check-in to open the gate and enter. It is not possible to access Mokuren directly without going through the gate.

Mokuren is approximately a 6-minute drive (2.8km) from the check-in location. There is no shuttle service or taxi service from the check-in location to Mokuren. Please come by car.

■ Information on BBQ Facilities
Barbecues, fireworks, and other fire-based activities are prohibited within Zao Sansuien.

Guests wishing to have a barbecue should use the "Wild Zao Village" BBQ facility, which is a 1-minute drive from the Zao Sansuien entrance gate. After your accommodation reservation is confirmed, please contact us via message. We will provide you with further details.

There is parking space for one standard-sized car. If you are arriving with two or more cars, we will guide you to a temporary parking lot a short distance away. (※There is a limited number of parking spaces available within Zao Sansuien. Please carpool if possible.)

[About Zao Sansuien]
The Matsukawa River flows through the garden, allowing you to stroll along the riverbank while enjoying views of the Zao mountain range. A small stream, which gave rise to the name "Seseragi no Sato" (Village of Babbling Brooks), also flows through the garden and remains so clean that fireflies can still live there.

A village overflowing with the colors of the four seasons: the fresh green of spring, the refreshing green leaves of summer, the vibrant autumn foliage, and the silvery white of winter. The garden, brimming with nature, changes with the seasons, with trees, plants, and flowering trees adding vibrant colors. Many wild birds also inhabit the area.

We maintain a 24-hour security system, with patrols conducted every two hours at night to ensure safety and security.
