The bright and comfortable Scandinavian-style living room boasts a 3.5m (11.5ft) ceiling height and approximately 36㎡ (368sqm) of space. Soft indirect lighting illuminates the room, and a large 2m square table (6.5ft) and oversized sofa provide ample space for relaxation. The beds feature down comforters and soft mattresses. Air purifiers and dehumidifiers are also provided.

■ About Accommodation
"Shiratama" is a private villa that can accommodate up to 9 people. Meals are not included in the accommodation fee.

The accommodation fee is the same for up to 3 people. For groups of 4 or more, an additional charge will be applied for each additional person from the 4th person onwards.

□ About Children's Rates
There are no separate children's rates. Children aged 2 and over are charged the same rate as adults. Please include them in the number of guests when making your reservation. Children under 2 years old can stay free of charge, but bedding and towels will not be provided. If you require bedding for a child under 2 years old, please include them in the number of guests when making your reservation.

□Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes will be set up in your room upon arrival (※Please note that taking towels that have been set up in your room is strictly prohibited).

■ Check-in Information
Check-in is generally requested between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Check-in after 8:00 PM is possible, but please note that there are times when we cannot accept check-ins.

The check-in location varies depending on your arrival time.
We will inform you of the details after your reservation is confirmed.

3:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Gaia Resort Visitor Station - Cafe Side at "Sakai Coffee"
8:00 PM onwards: Zao Sansuien Management Office

"Shiratama" is located within the villa management area "Zao Sansuien". We will give you the key during the check-in procedure. You cannot enter "Shiratama" by coming directly to the villa. Please be aware of this.

"Shiratama" is approximately a 7-minute drive from the check-in location. There is no shuttle service or taxi service from the check-in location to "Shiratama". We recommend coming by car.

■Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

If you check out after 11:00 AM, an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay will be applied. Please be careful.

The check-out location varies depending on your departure time. Please return the house key, gate key, and guest guide to the following locations:

7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Zao Sansuien Management Office

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Sakai Coffee Zao Sansuien Front Store

■BBQ Facility Information

The use of fire, including barbecues and fireworks, is prohibited within Zao Sansuien. BBQ on the wood deck is also prohibited.

Guests wishing to have a barbecue should use the "Wild Zao Village" BBQ facility, located a 1-minute drive from the Zao Sansuien entrance gate. Please inquire via message after your accommodation reservation is confirmed. We will provide you with details.
