Aerie Zao - Gaia Resort

This entire villa is located in the Zao-go resort area.
This log cabin allows you to experience the changing seasons, and its charming exterior features a contrasting navy blue and wood grain.
The warmth of the wood throughout the building is sure to soothe you.
Experience the blessings of hot springs, the beauty of nature, and a moment of tranquility.
The source temperature is approximately 72°C, and the tap temperature is approximately 50°C, even in winter.
The water is neutral, colorless, transparent, and mild, with a soft texture that is safe for everyone, from children to seniors.

"Aerie Zao" is a two-story rental villa.

□1st Floor
●Living & Dining
The living room is surrounded by the warmth of wood and offers a sense of relaxation.
Dining tables are located in front of the kitchen and TV.

*Wood-burning stoves are prohibited.

●Kitchen
A system kitchen with a three-burner gas stove and cooking utensils (microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, frying pan, pot, knife, etc.) is provided.

Tableware is provided for the number of guests. Please use it for cooking during your stay. *Ingredients and seasonings are not provided. Please bring your own.

●Bathroom (Natural Hot Spring)
The bath is a natural hot spring.

□2nd Floor
The second-floor loft has one bed and a desk, and the room behind it has two beds.

・Hot plates and other items are prohibited. Please cook only in the kitchen. Please be careful not to leave lingering odors or oily stains.

・Please thoroughly wash all cooking utensils and tableware after use and return them to their original place. If you break a plate, please be sure to report it to the visitor station.

Five air conditioners are installed (in the living room, first and second floor bedrooms, and loft).

■ Accommodation Information
"Aerie Zao" is a private vacation home that can accommodate up to nine guests. Meals are not included in the room rate.

The accommodation rate is the same for up to four guests. For groups of five or more, an additional fee will be charged for each additional guest.

□ Children's Rates
There are no child rates. Children aged two and over are charged the same as adults. Please include them in your reservation. Children under two years old stay free, but futons and towels are not provided. If you would like futons for children under two years old, please include them in the "child" category when booking.

□ Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes will be provided in your room upon arrival. One towel is provided for every two nights' stay. (Example: 1 towel for 1-2 nights, 2 towels for 3-4 nights, 3 towels for 5-6 nights, etc.)
- Bath towel: 1 per person
- Towel: 1 per person
- Toothbrush: 1 per person

*Taking home the towels provided is strictly prohibited.
*If you need more towels, bath towels are available for rental (¥330/per towel) and face towels are sold (¥220/per towel) at the check-in area from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please bring the following items as needed at the visitor station at check-in or between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (they will not be delivered to your room):
- Razor, Cotton swabs, Body towel, Hairbrush

* Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap bottles are available in the bathroom.

■ Check-in Information
Check-in is generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Check-in is possible after 8:00 PM, but please note that there are certain times when check-in is not possible.

□Check-in Location
The check-in location varies depending on your arrival time.
Details will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

20:00- Zao Sansuien Management Office

"Aerie Zao" is located within the Zao Kyo Besso Danchi villa management area. There is a gate at the entrance to Zao Sansuien, which guests must open using the remote key provided at check-in. Guests cannot access Aerie Zao directly by bypassing the gate.

Aerie Zao is approximately 11 minutes by car from the check-in location.
There is no shuttle service or taxi dispatch service from the check-in location. Please come by car.

■Barbecue Facilities
Barbecues, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited within the Zao Kyo Besso Danchi villa management area. BBQs are also prohibited on the wooden deck.

Guests who wish to barbecue can use Gaia Village BBQ, a BBQ facility located a one-minute drive from the Zao Sansuien entrance gate. After confirming your reservation, please send us a message and we will provide you with further details.
