[About Bringing Pets]
-Only dogs are allowed.
-Up to 3 small dogs or 2 medium to large dogs can stay.
-Dogs must be well-behaved and vaccinated.
-Pets are not allowed during their heat cycle.
-Leaving pets unattended in the property is prohibited.
-Pets are not allowed on the second floor.
-The dog run is shared with the adjacent "Youkou."

"Gekkou" is a pet-friendly vacation rental with hot springs. It is a two-story house with a 2LDK layout and can accommodate up to 5 guests.

1st Floor
Living Room
There are two sofas (2-seat and 3-seat) and a large TV. The space is bright during the day due to large windows, and in the evening, a cozy atmosphere is created with soft lighting.

-There is a 3-step staircase between the living and dining areas. Please be careful of your footing.

[Wood Stove]
The wood stove in the living room can be used from December to March.
Firewood is available for purchase at the Visitor Station for 2,000 yen per set (one set will burn for one night).

Dining & Kitchen
This island kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner gas stove. It can also be used as a counter kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and enough dishes for the number of guests. Ingredients, seasonings, and cooking oils are not provided, so please bring your own.
-The dining set seats 4 people.
-Dishwasher is not available.

[Please note]
-Hot plates and other cooking appliances are not allowed. Please cook only in the kitchen and ensure that no odors or grease remain.
-Please clean the cooking utensils and dishes after use and return them to their original places. If any items are broken, please inform the Zao Sansui-en management office or the Visitor Station.

Bathroom (Hot Spring)
The bath is a natural hot spring with flowing spring water. Please do not leave the water running unnecessarily.

There are two independent bedrooms (Western-style, each with 2 single beds).
One set of futons can also be provided upon request (if 5 guests stay, there will be 4 single beds and 1 futon set).

Accommodation Information
"Gekkou" is a private vacation rental, accommodating up to 5 guests. Meals are not included in the accommodation fee.

The rate is the same for up to 4 guests. For 5 guests, an additional charge applies.

[Child Rates]
There are no child-specific rates. Children over 2 years old are charged at the same rate as adults. Please include them in your booking.

Children under 2 years old can stay for free, but no futons or towels are provided. If you wish to have a futon for a child under 2 years old, please include them in your reservation.

[Amenities]
Towels and toothbrushes will be provided in your room upon arrival. One towel per guest is provided for stays of 2 nights.
-Note: Towels provided in the room cannot be taken home.
-If you need additional towels, you can rent bath towels (330 yen each) or purchase face towels (220 yen each) at the Visitor Station (open 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

The following items are available for pickup at the Visitor Station between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (not delivered to rooms):
-Razors, cotton swabs, body towels, hairbrushes

Check-in Information
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are possible, but there may be times when check-in is not available, so please be mindful.

[Check-in Location]
The check-in location may vary depending on your arrival time. Detailed information will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
-3:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Visitor Station
-After 8:00 PM: Zao Sansui-en Management Office

Gekkou is located within the Zao Sansui-en property. There is a gate at the entrance of Zao Sansui-en, and you will use a remote key provided at check-in to open the gate. You cannot access Gekkou without passing through the gate.

Gekkou is a 3-minute drive from the entrance gate.
There is no shuttle service from the check-in location to Gekkou, and taxi services are not provided. While it is possible to walk from the Visitor Station to Gekkou, we recommend driving for convenience in terms of shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

[Important Information]
-The area around Gekkou is densely populated with buildings. As there are many residents, please be cautious of noise, especially at night. If there are complaints from neighbors, you may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
-Gekkou is a non-smoking property.

BBQ Facilities
Barbecuing and using fire, such as fireworks, is prohibited within Zao Sansui-en.

For those wishing to barbecue, please use the "Gaia Village BBQ" facility, located 1 minute by car from the Zao Sansui-en entrance gate. (Reservations are required up to 3 days in advance). Hours are divided into two sessions: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Contact us via message after your booking for more details.

For convenience with sightseeing and dining, we recommend traveling by car.
-About 15 minutes by car from the Tohoku Expressway Shiroishi IC or Murata IC
-About 15 minutes by car from the Yamagata Expressway Miyagi-Kawasaki IC
-About 30 minutes by car or taxi from the Shiroishi-Zao Station

[About Zao Sansui-en]
A stream flows through Zao Sansui-en, offering a pleasant riverside walk with views of the Zao Mountains. The small stream, which is home to fireflies, maintains its pristine clarity, contributing to the area's name, "Seseragi-no-Sato" (Village of Murmuring Streams).

Zao Sansui-en is full of seasonal beauty: fresh greenery in spring, cool summer, autumn leaves, and snowy winter. The changing seasons bring vibrant colors to the trees, flowers, and plants, with many wild birds living in the area.

The property has 24-hour security, and patrols are conducted every two hours to ensure safety and peace of mind.
