This hot spring-equipped villa is located in Zao Sansuien, a resort area with its own hot spring. Stepping out onto the terrace, you can enjoy the mountain ranges before your eyes, the gentle breeze, and the changing seasonal scenery to your heart's content.

In the morning, you can relax with a cup of coffee, breathing in the fresh air. In the evening, enjoy a moment of relaxation under the starry sky.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of "Tatsu." Smoking is also prohibited on the balcony.

■Facilities
"TATSU" is a two-story rental villa with a natural hot spring. The layout is 3LDK.

The entrance is on the second floor.
2nd Floor: Living/Dining Room, 2 Bedrooms (1 Japanese-style room, 1 Western-style room)
1st Floor: Bath (hot spring), 1 Bedroom (Western-style room)

■2nd Floor
□Living & Dining
Being located on a hilltop, the living room and balcony offer unobstructed views of the Zao Mountains. The living and dining rooms are air-conditioned. A dining set that seats six is ​​provided in the dining room.

[Note]
There is a wood-burning stove in the living room, but it cannot be used. Thank you for your understanding.

□Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a three-burner gas stove. Cookware such as a microwave, toaster oven, and rice cooker, as well as tableware for the number of guests, are provided for your use during your stay. *Ingredients, seasonings, and cooking oil are not provided. Please bring your own.

[Request]
- Hot plates and other cooking equipment are prohibited. Cook only in the kitchen. Please be mindful of leaving behind lingering odors and oily stains.

- Clean all cooking utensils and dishes thoroughly and return them to their original location. If you break a plate, please be sure to report it to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or Visitor Station.

A balcony and outdoor table and chairs are provided outside the living room. (BBQs, smoking, and conversations at night are prohibited on the balcony.)

■ Accommodation Information
"Tatsu" is a private villa that can accommodate up to 7 guests. Meals are not included in the room rate.

The accommodation fee is the same for up to 4 guests. For groups of 5 or more, an additional fee will be charged for each additional guest.

□ Children's Rates
There is no child rate. Children aged 2 and over are charged the same as adults. Please include them in your booking.

Children under 2 years old stay free, but futons and towels are not provided. If you would like futons for children under 2 years old, please include them in your booking.

□ Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes will be provided in your room upon arrival. One towel per person for every two nights.

*Taking away the towels provided is strictly prohibited.
*If you need more towels, bath towels are available for rent (¥330/each) and face towels are available for purchase (¥220/each) at the Visitor Station (check-in location) from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Please bring the following items as needed at check-in or from the Visitor Station between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (they will not be delivered to your room):

■Check-in
As a general rule, check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Check-in after 8:00 PM is possible, but please note that there are certain times when check-in is unavailable.

□Check-in Location
The check-in location varies depending on your arrival time. Details will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

8:00 PM - Zao Sansuien Management Office

"Tatsu" is located within the Zao Sansuien villa management area. There is a gate at the entrance to Zao Sansuien, and guests must open the gate using the remote key provided at check-in. Guests cannot access "Tatsu" directly without passing through the gate.

"Tatsu" is a 9-minute drive from the entrance gate.

There is no shuttle service or taxi service from the check-in location to "Tatsu." Please come by car.

[Important Information]
- The area surrounding "Tatsu" is densely built-up. There are many permanent residents, so please be especially careful not to talk outside at night. If complaints are received from neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire "Tatsu" premises.

■Barbecue Facility Information
Barbecues, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited within Zao Sansuien.

If you wish to barbecue, please use the Gaia Village BBQ facility, located one minute by car from the Zao Sansuien entrance gate (reservations required for up to three days). Opening hours are 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Please contact us via message after your reservation is confirmed. We will provide further information.

■Access
For convenient access to sightseeing and dining, we recommend traveling by car.

・Approximately 15 minutes by car from the Shiroishi or Murata Interchanges on the Tohoku Expressway
・Approximately 15 minutes by car from the Miyagi Kawasaki Interchange on the Yamagata Expressway
・Approximately 30 minutes by car or taxi from Shiroishi-Zao Station on the Shinkansen

□Parking
Parking space is available for two standard-sized cars. For three or more cars, please use the temporary parking lot located a short distance away.

[About Zao Sansuien]
The Matsukawa River flows through the garden, allowing visitors to enjoy a stroll along the riverbank while taking in the views of the Zao Mountain Range. A clear stream teeming with fireflies, the stream that gave the garden its name "Seragi no Sato" (Burning Village), also flows through the garden, and remains so pure that fireflies can thrive there.

A village brimming with color throughout the seasons: fresh greenery in spring, refreshing green leaves in summer, red leaves in autumn, and silvery white in winter. The garden, brimming with nature, changes color with the changing seasons, with trees, flowers, and shrubs. It is also home to many wild birds.

We have a 24-hour security system in place, with patrols every two hours at night to ensure safety and security.
