[Facility Information]
"RIN" is a two-story vacation home with a natural hot spring. The interior is a compact cottage measuring approximately 84 square meters. The layout is 2LDK. The first floor has a living/dining/kitchen area, bathroom, and one bedroom, while the second floor has one bedroom.

■1st Floor
□Living & Dining Room (Air Conditioning)
This modern and stylish cafe-like space features a six-person dining set, two one-seater sofas, and a table. A wooden deck off the living room creates a compact yet open feel. (BBQs, smoking, and late-night conversations are prohibited on the wooden deck.)

□Kitchen
This is a system kitchen with a three-burner induction stove. It is equipped with cooking utensils, including a BALMUDA The Range (oven range) and a rice cooker, as well as enough tableware for the entire guest's stay. Please note that ingredients and seasonings are not provided; please bring your own.

[Request]
- Hot plates and other appliances are prohibited. Please cook only in the kitchen. Please be mindful of lingering odors and grease.

- Please thoroughly clean all cooking utensils and dishes after use and return them to their original locations. If you break a plate, please inform the check-in area.

□ Bedroom (with air conditioning)
This Japanese-style bedroom is adjacent to the living room. It can accommodate three futons.

□ Bathroom (with natural hot spring)
The bath is a natural hot spring, directly fed from the source.

□ Toilet (with heated toilet seat)

■ 2nd Floor
□ Japanese-style Room (with air conditioning)
This Japanese-style bedroom can accommodate two futons.

■ Accommodation Information
"RIN" is a private vacation home that can accommodate up to five guests. Meals are not included in the accommodation rate.

The accommodation rate is the same for up to four guests. For five guests, an additional fee will be charged for each additional guest.

□ Child Rates
There is no child rate. Children 2 years of age and older are charged the same as adults. Please include them in your reservation count. Children under 2 years old stay free, but futons and towels will not be provided. If you would like a futon for a child under 2 years old, please include them in your reservation count.

□Amenities
Towels and toothbrushes will be provided in your room upon arrival. One towel will be provided for every two nights.
1-2 nights: 1 bath towel and 1 face towel
3-4 nights: 2 bath towels and 2 face towels
5-6 nights: 3 bath towels and 3 face towels

*Please note that taking home the towels provided is strictly prohibited.
*If you need more towels, you can rent bath towels (¥330/each) and purchase face towels (¥220/each) at the visitor station (check-in location) from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Please bring the following items as needed at check-in or from the visitor station between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (they will not be delivered to your room).

■Check-in Information
Please check in between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Check-in after 8:00 PM is possible, but please note that there are certain times when check-in is not possible.

□Check-in Location
The check-in location will vary depending on your arrival time. Details will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

15:00-20:00: Visitor Station
20:00- Zao Sansuien Management Office

"RIN" is located within the Zao Sansuien villa management area. There is a gate at the entrance to Zao Sansuien. Guests must open the gate using the remote key provided at check-in. Guests cannot bypass the gate and proceed directly to "RIN."

"RIN" is a 3-minute drive from the entrance gate.
There is no shuttle service or taxi service available from the check-in location to "RIN." Please come by car.

[Important Information]
- The area surrounding "RIN" is densely built up. There are many permanent residents, so please be especially careful about talking outside at night. If complaints are received from neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the "RIN" premises.

■ Information about Barbecue Facilities
Barbecues, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited within Zao Sansuien.

If you wish to barbecue, please use the BBQ facility "Wild Zao Village," located a one-minute drive from the Zao Sansuien entrance gate (reservations required for up to three days). Opening hours are 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Please contact us via message after confirming your reservation. We will provide you with further information.

We recommend coming by car for convenient sightseeing and dining.
・Approximately 15 minutes by car from the Shiroishi or Murata Interchanges on the Tohoku Expressway
・Approximately 15 minutes by car from the Miyagi Kawasaki Interchange on the Yamagata Expressway
・Approximately 30 minutes by car or taxi from Shiroishi-Zao Station on the Shinkansen

□Parking
There is parking available for one standard-sized vehicle. For two or more vehicles, please use the temporary parking lot a little further away.

[About Zao Sansuien]
The Matsukawa River flows through the garden, allowing you to enjoy a stroll along the riverbank while admiring the Zao Mountain Range. A clear stream teeming with fireflies—the origin of the name "Seseragi no Sato" (Burning Village)—also flows through the garden, maintaining its purity to this day, making it a popular habitat for fireflies.

A village bursting with color with every season: Fresh greenery in spring, refreshing green leaves in summer, autumn foliage, and silvery white in winter. The garden, brimming with nature, changes color with the changing seasons, with trees, flowers, and shrubs. It is also home to many wild birds.

We have a 24-hour security system in place, and patrol the grounds every two hours at night to ensure safety and security.
